Denise oversees daily operations and leads the administrative team. She also has a hand in marketing and community outreach which includes participating in a number of committees and community events. Among his many other responsibilities as an owner of a Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Dave handles payroll, client billing, and long term care insurance management. Dave would be the one you would contact with questions regarding your invoice or payment. Invoices are mailed out around the 1st and 16th of each month. Payments can be paid by cash or check, and can be mailed or dropped off to the office. Dave is very excited to own a company that truly makes a difference in the quality of seniors’ lives, and he loves hearing about the CAREGiver-client relationships that are built everyday in the business. Loren takes the call when someone contacts Home Instead Senior Care inquiring about our services. She answers their questions, learns a bit about the potential client, talks about the many services that we provide, and sends a personal letter and brochures to provide additional information. Loren schedules a face to face meeting with potential clients and their family members, or friends, to assess their situation, learn about their personality, and develop a care plan specific for that individual client. She consults with our staff coordinator to choose the most compatible CAREGiver possible. Loren will introduce CAREGivers to clients whenever a new CAREGiver is providing care. She keeps care plans up to date and conducts quality assurance calls and home visits. Loren is the person to call if you have a concern about your loved one’s condition or plan of care, if you have a question about the client journal that is kept, or if your loved one develops a need for, or requests more or less service. Brenda oversees all aspects of recruiting new CAREGivers, and is in charge of the retention of all existing CAREGivers. She is the direct supervisor of all CAREGivers and conducts their reviews. She also plans, implements and leads all CAREGiver training. Brenda conducts quality assurance visits while CAREGivers are in the field to offer additional support and guidance, and to answer any questions that a client may have. Linda coordinates CAREGivers' availability with
our clients' needs and schedules. She works with our Client Care
Coordinator to find the perfect match for both the client and CAREGiver so that
they can develop a wonderful relationship. One would call Linda if

Darby is the team member who primarily answers the phones, and greets those who visit the office. She is able to assist in a variety of ways, and will transfer the caller to the appropriate team member when necessary. Darby also focuses on many other day to day administrative tasks. After hours is considered to be on a weekday between 5pm and 8am, on the weekend or on a holiday. Teresa was born and raised in Montana, and has lived in Missoula for 8 years. Caregiving has been a part of her life since the age of 16 when she became a CNA. She has been with Home Instead Senior Care since November of 2010.
