Jack and Jacqueline St.Clair, Ownership Team

Jack and Jacqueline St.Clair, Ownership Team
Jack St. Clair is originally from Roanoke, VA and has also lived in Boiling Springs, NC and Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX.   In his spare time, Jack enjoys jogging, reading, biking, traveling, and playing with his two children, Jonathan and Mary Anna.  Jack is the youngest of seven children and frequently visits his family in Roanoke, VA.

Jack began working for the Lynchburg, VA office of Home Instead Senior Care in 2003.  He moved in 2004 to the Roanoke, VA office where he stayed for two years.  It was during this time that he and Jacqueline decided that they wanted to open up their own franchise of Home Instead Senior Care.  They opened the doors of their own franchise in Manassas, VA on October 16, 2006.

Jack has a love for serving others, especially the senior population.

Jacqueline is originally from Roanoke, VA. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC and a Master of Social Work degree from Baylor University. Jacqueline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and taught at the university level for eight years. Her primary background has been providing therapy for children, adolescents, and their families. Jacqueline eagerly embraced the opportunity to join her husband, Jack St.Clair, in the business. She has been blessed to have close relationships with both of her grandmothers. In fact, one of Jacqueline's grandmothers received services from the local Home Instead Senior Care office inRoanoke, VA for a year before passing away in July of 2010. According to Jacqueline, "It was truly amazing to be on the giving and receiving end of care. My grandmother loved her CAREGiver! Because this business cares about people, it is something I can believe in." Jacqueline enjoys volunteering, jogging, vacationing with her husband, and spending quality time with her two children, Jonathan and Mary Anna.

In early 2014, Jack and Jacqueline announced the purchase of the Reston Home Instead franchise and look forward to serving even more seniors in Northern Virginia.


Julie Pavkov, Director of Human Resources

Julie Pavkov, Director of Human Resources

Julie Pavkov's corporate Human Resource experience extends from small family owned software companies to government contracting. Julie has served as the HR Manager with the Manassas and Leesburg Home Instead offices since July, 2017. Julie believes in the mission of Home Instead Senior Care of making a positive impact in the lives of Clients and CAREGivers alike. Originally from Manassas, she atteneded James Madison University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Today, she resides locally with her family where she coaches soccer and enjoys being active outdoors.


Kathleen Narron - Client Care Manager / Registered Nurse

Kathleen Narron - Client Care Manager / Registered Nurse

Kathleen Narron has been a registered nurse for over twenty years.  She originally started out in Washington D.C. in the Surgical ICU.  She quickly found a passion for emergency room nursing.  She worked as a charge nurse for most of her career in an emergency room in Manassas, where she raised four beautiful sons.  She currently lives in Warrenton where she is raising her amazing 13 year old son.  She has an adorable young granddaughter, who she can’t spoil enough, after raising five boys. 

As a young teenager, Kathleen’s first job was a volunteer at the Red Cross.  One of her jobs there was to visit senior citizens weekly at Leesburg Nursing Home in Annandale every week.  She has come full circle and is back serving seniors again.    She is excited to start this new chapter in her career, bringing quality care to our community’s senior population and providing a positive work environment for Home Instead’s compassionate and amazing CAREGivers. 



Keith Mauck, Director of Business Development

Keith Mauck, Director of Business Development

I bring an entrepreneurial background to the position of Director of Business Development. Whether it be a non-profit or business venture, I enjoy building and growing organizations. I specifically get excited about growing the reach of Home Instead Senior Care, because as a former Nursing Assistant and EMT, I understand the difference our CAREGivers are making. My family has experienced first-hand how valuable in-home care is for our 101-year-old grandmother in preventing falls and socializing with her during her long days.

 

I have previously worked in grassroots organizing, publishing sales and have been involved in several tech start-ups as founder and co-founder. I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Religion and later earned a law degree from Regent University. I essentially grew up in a cornfield in NW Indiana and I now live in Warrenton with my wife of 15 years and our 3 children. I like IU Basketball, fishing, camping and watching our kids play their sports. And, I promise, I'm not that crazy-sports dad.



Christina Quigley, Staffing Coordinator

Christina Quigley, Staffing Coordinator

​Christina joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2014 as a CAREGiver.  Her experience as a caregver gves her a unique perspective in her role as a Staffing Coordinator who spends her days matching clients and caregivers for the best possible outcomes.  Christina knows first hand what our clients expect from the CAREGivers helping them. 

"I’ve always liked helping people, so when it was time for me to take a break from caregiving, I knew I wanted to stay within the Home Instead family. "


Tierra Butler, Staff Coordinator

Tierra Butler, Staff Coordinator

​Tierra is a Virginia native and a proud mother of four kids with 15 years of experience in the home care field. She started her journey in the healthcare field in 2006 when she obtained her CNA. Throughout the last 15 years Tierra has provided direct care to Northern Virginia residents in the home and acute care setting while also accruing her EKG, Phlebotomy, and CMA license. Tierra joined Home Instead late August of 2020 as a Staffing Coordinator and with her she brings five years of scheduling experience and an agile bubbly personality.


Annmarie Ciaverella, CAREGiver Relations Coordinator

Annmarie Ciaverella, CAREGiver Relations Coordinator

Annemarie hails from Miami, FL where she graduated from Florida International University with a BA in Modern Languages. Annemarie came to DC to attend American University where she obtained a Master of Arts in International Communication, met her husband of 34 years, and has three children and one adorable grandaughter.  She loves opera and ballet and was once kissed on the hand by Luciano Pavarotti! ​ 

Annemarie began working at HISC as a faithful CAREGiver in 2010 and never looked back. Annemarie has had an affinity for the elderly from a young age. Starting at HISC after being a stay at home mom for 23 years was the perfect match.  

When the opportunity to join the office staff was presented to her, she jumped in once again.  She currently is our CAREGiver Relations Coordinator in the Human Resources Department. Annemarie says she loves helping CAREGivers have a great CAREGiver experience as they generously give of themselves in order to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their families. 


Gail Earhart, Relationships Specialist

Gail Earhart,  Relationships Specialist

Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Gail cared for her father for six years. During this time she realized how much she loved caring for him and knew she should continue caring for seniors. She joined Home Instead in 2010, starting out as a CAREGiver part-time. Soon afterwards, Gail moved into the position of Quality Assurance Coordinator, ensuring our clients receive the best of care. 

Gail is married and has three children. She enjoys reading, watching movies and playing games. But mostly she loves working at Home Instead Senior Care and strives to ensure our clients are receiving the best care!



Nneka Iwuanyanwu, Client Care Administrative Assistant

Nneka Iwuanyanwu, Client Care Administrative Assistant

Nneka Iwuanyanwu began her career in Human Resources with Zinox Technologies in Nigeria, after obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Marketing in 2002. In her 7 years in Human Resources & Administration, she placed premium priority on employee and client well-being in the organization while developing the workforce and maintaining existing client-relationships. Nneka left Nigeria to join her husband in 2011 and set out to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Strayer University which she gallantly completed in March, 2020. She also completed a Certified Nursing Assistant program to enable her continue her passion of caring and supporting seniors in our communities. Nneka is excited in her new career as a Client Care Administrative Assistant with Home Instead family as she continues to make a difference in the lives of our Clients and Caregivers.


Esther Kiarie, Client Care Coordinator/Registered Nurse

Esther Kiarie, Client Care Coordinator/Registered Nurse

Esther Kiarie has been in the Healthcare field since 2014. Having previously worked as a CAREGiver with Homeinstead Manassas, Esther is excited to rejoin the team but this time as an RN/Client Care Coordinator. Her work experience extends from HR/Admin Assistant for 8 years with a Federal Contractor after which she transitioned to nursing which she always felt was her calling. Her experiences as a CNA and LPN cemented her love for helping others. She is the mother of 2 lovely boys. During her spare time, Esther enjoys spending quality time with family, reading, watching movies, and listening to music.


Sharon Kilpatrick - CAREGiver Engagement Coordinator

Sharon Kilpatrick - CAREGiver Engagement Coordinator

​Sharon came to Home Instead in 2019 as a CAREGiver and discovered that she loved working with Seniors. She recently started as the CAREGiver Engagement Coordinator in January of 2020. Sharon received her Bachelor of Arts in Recreation and Leisure Services from Radford University where she concentrated in Outdoor Recreation. After graduating, she relocated to the NOVA area to pursue a career working with troubled youth in the outdoors and took a position with a recreation facility in McLean, VA.

After becoming a mom in 1994, Sharon decided to stay home to run an in-home child care business for 9 years. Eventually, she returned to the regular work force where she worked for Loudoun County in various roles for nearly 10 years. 

While still a young mother, Sharon also took on the care for her mother-in-law who fought breast cancer until her death in 2002. Recently, Sharon has been assisting her mother and father-in-law as they age and has come to understand, first hand, the difference Home Instead CAREGivers are making for their clients. 

Sharon is a people person and a team player and hopes to serve as a bridge between Clients and the CAREGivers. Her door is always open and CAREGivers can count on her to assist and support them in their caregiving journey.

Sharon has been married to her husband, Chris for 29 years and they have two children she adores.

​Isata Langor - Financial Account Specialist

​Isata Langor is a Financial Accountant from Sierra Leone, West Africa. She hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Financial Services from the Institute of Public Administration and Management from the University of Sierra Leone. She worked for almost a decade with the First International Bank of Sierra Leone and later relocated to the United States to join her husband in 2017. Isata started as a Certified Nursing Assistant with Home Instead Senior Care in 2018 and worked as a caregiver for almost two years before accepting the position of Financial Account Specialist.


Candice Mathews, Staffing Coordinator

Candice Mathews, Staffing Coordinator

Candice joined the Home Instead team back in 2014 as a CAREGiver after finishing her diploma in Medical Assisting from Everest College. She has a love for helping and caring for others in need. She also has worked for other healthcare companies in caregiver roles and as a preschool teacher before retuning back to Home Instead in August 2020 as Staffing Coordinator. She loves being able to match clients and CAREGivers perfectly to give them both a pleasant and positive experience. She is currently finishing up her degree in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding from Stratford University.

In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her two young children, Kameron and Karmen. They spend time reading, cooking, playing, and having dance offs together

​Latisha was born and raise in the Bronx, NYC until she moved to Northern Virginia in 2015. She has raised 5 children with her husband. She joined the Home Instead family in Spring 2019 as a CAREGiver and then came into the office as a Staffing Assistant in December of 2019. Even though Home Instead was Latisha first experience in the home care field, she really enjoyed it and wanted to continue her experience in the field.


Edith Nandury, R.N.

At four years old, Edie knew she wanted to become a nurse due to a near death experience. She graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s in Nursing.  She was a registered nurse at Georgetown and spent twenty years as an ER nurse in Fort Belvoir.  She has a love for gardening, Christmas, and the opera. She is highly involved with her family. Edie comes from a family of thirteen, and has three children of her own, and is a grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren whom she couldn’t be more grateful for.  She continues to love and care for seniors because of her belief that they deserve the best and utmost respect. She is a lover of life and continues making Home Instead Senior Care a part of her family.

Chris Nason, Human Resources

As Human Resource Specialist, Chris keeps track of all CAREGiver documents, classes, and works with each CAREGiver to help make their career at HISC a success!  Chris joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2014.  

In her spare time she enjoys reading and art and making fairy gardens for her coworkers.  She is also dedicated to physical fitness and weightlifting.

Ginny Sotler, Staffing Coordinator Assistant

Ginny grew up in Florida and has lived in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia.  She has over 25 years of IT experience.  After being laid off from her IT job in 2007 she returned to Florida to help care for her ailing mother and found a new calling after her mother’s death.  She moved to Virginia in 2013 and began working at Home Instead in 2014 as a Caregiver.  She worked as a part time Caregiver while also working at Michael’s Arts & Crafts.  In 2018 she left Michael’s to work full time at Home Instead as a Caregiver.  In 2019 she accepted a position in the office as part of the Staffing Department.  Ginny still works as a Caregiver on the weekends.  In her spare time Ginny enjoys reading and watching sports.


Anne Viqueira, Recruitment Coordinator

Anne Viqueira, Recruitment Coordinator

Anne started her life journey in caregiving at a very young age. Her mother was a geriatric nurse in a nursing home and released her children onto the floor at the tender age of 4 with instructions to "make someone's life better today." Taking that to heart, all her life Anne has lived in the service of others. In the beginning this meant Anne pursued a career in Special Education and was a teacher for 3 years before moving to Hawaii where her teaching license did not transfer. Knowing that Autism and Alzheimer's were similar she took a job in an Alzheimer's ward, and caring for the elderly accidentally became her passion. After she became a CNA, Anne became a Patient Care Technician and passed the National Board for Phlebotomy.

Having trained and worked with CNA's throughout her career in a variety of medical facilities and home care agencies, Anne brings a unique perspective to the hiring team. She describes herself as having an "awkward and friendly energy". She is full of life!

Anne also works on an On-Call basis with the Client Care Team; filling in on weekend shifts for other Caregivers who called out for emergency reasons. It blesses her greatly to still provide personal care to those who need it the most.
