That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. Marty and Sandy Rew, Owners

Marty began his career at the corporate office of Home Instead Senior Care in 2005, where he was a Director in the Business Performance Department. After experiencing what Home Instead Senior Care was all about, he knew that someday he would want to be a franchise owner. Marty and Sandy took over ownership of the South Fort Worth location on January 1, 2015 and are enjoying being able to serve seniors in this area. They love calling Texas their home and are enjoying the friendly people in the Fort Worth area. The Rews have six children, four of them in the DFW area, one in college and one at home.  They are also blessed with two beautiful grandchildren, Nayvie, 3 and Krew, 1 ½. 


Rebecca Shelby, Home Care Consultant

Rebecca Shelby, Home Care Consultant

​Rebecca Shelby joined our Team in 2016 as our Client Care Manager, she is originally from South Carolina and attended the Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort, SC where she obtained her License in the Insurance Industry. She still maintains her license in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty but decided to pursue a career in the healthcare field which she loves. Rebecca comes to us with over 15 years of Sales, Marketing, and Client Care Experience and understands the needs of Seniors and their Families. Rebecca is now our Home Care Consultant and she knows what it takes to provide compassionate and excellent care for Clients and Referral Partners. Rebecca resides in North Richland Hills with her Husband, Scott and their children, Devin and Hogan.


Kendra Bills, Operations Manager

Kendra Bills, Operations Manager

​Kendra Bills has joined the HISC family as our Operations Manager. She comes to us with over 10 years of management experience, 3 of those being here at Home Instead. Kendra is excited to be back with the HISC family and being a part of this wonderful team. When she is not working she likes spending time with her husband Casey and their 2 children, Karsyn and Thomas. 


Chelsie Thomas, Recruitment Manager

Chelsie Thomas,  Recruitment Manager

​Chelsie Thomas joined the team in 2018 as our Service Coordinator, she has a degree in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado. Her experience with senior care includes working as a case manager for older adults. She is excited to be a part of such a caring team that shares the same values that she does, in a position with such rewarding work. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with her family.


Patty Bolduc, Scheduling Coordinator

​Patty Bolduc has a degree from Texas A&M University and worked for Lockheed Martin in Industrial Engineering and Business Management for many years.  She has 15 years' of personal experience as a caregiver. In her free time, she spends as much time as she can with family and friends.


Danielle Helfrich, Office Coordinator

Danielle Helfrich, Office Coordinator

​Danielle has been married to her wonderful husband for 35 years. Because of moving all over the country with his job, Danielle was a stay at home mom to their 3 children. In 2011, she took a coordinator position with Burleson Senior Activity Center, and is now enjoying her new position with Home Instead Senior Care, she has a passion for taking care of Seniors.


Van-Nessa Motley, Weekend Supervisor

Van-Nessa Motley, Weekend Supervisor

​Van-Nessa Motley was born in Fort Worth Texas but lived her whole life in Toledo OH.  She moved back to Texas in 2012. Van-Nessa is a mother to 5 year old twin girls and a 4 year old little boy. She has an associate degree in Arts form Tarrant County College and is currently attending Tarleton State University for her Bachelors in Social Work. Van-Nessa will graduate this coming May (2019), and plans to attend UTA for her Masters. Van-Nessa was a CG for 9 years before she transitioned into administrative work. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family and creating memories with her kids. Van-Nessa also enjoys shopping, traveling, cooking, and relaxing with a good movie, she loves helping people and hopes to make a positive impact on everyone she meets!


Chelsea McCurry, Administrative Assistant

Chelsea McCurry, Administrative Assistant

​Chelsea and her husband, Brad, moved to Texas in 2012 where she began her job in a Skilled Nursing facility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.  Throughout her 5 ½ years as a COTA, she and Brad had 2 children, Nayvie and Krew.  Before transitioning to Home Instead, she spent about 6 months as a Director of Rehab in her facility.  Chelsea has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.  In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
