Depression may occur at any time of the year, but stress and anxiety during the holiday season may cause feelings of loneliness and a lack of fulfillment. Seniors in particular may have trouble adapting to changes and major life events such as loss of independence, chronic pain, and struggles with memory loss. Join us to learn ways to identify signs of depression, and ways to support someone who is experiencing these challenges.
