Hollie Bradley,  Franchise Owner

Hollie Bradley, Franchise Owner

Hollie has always believed in "loving what you do or don't do it", which has been a guiding force since starting the franchise in 2002. She got into this business to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families and provide them with a better quality of life. She has a passion for helping and educating others and holds a high standard of ensuring that each Client be treated like her own family by ensuring that our CAREGiver's are all people that we would put in our homes, and care for our own loved ones. As a result of her commitment and passion for seniors, she was recognized in 2006 as one of the "Top 10 Women in Business under the age of 30" on the Peninsula and again in 2007 as one of the "Top 40 Business People under the age of 40" throughout Hampton Roads. Hollie also serves on the Peninsula Agency on Aging's Advisory Council. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching her young son "Solid Gold Oldies", traveling, reading and enjoying her family and friends.

Brenda, RN,  Nurse Manager of Client Services

Brenda, RN, Nurse Manager of Client Services

Brenda brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare field with positions across the globe including case management with the Red Cross in Germany to nursing in the Williamsburg-James City County Public School system. As a Registered Nurse with Home Instead Senior Care, she oversees the Personal Care program, including supervising Personal Care Aides, as well as assessing and managing the care of seniors in their homes. Brenda is passionate about finding innovative ways to solve problems and delivering people-centric care with compassion and creativity.

David, RN,  Nurse Manager of Client Services

David, RN, Nurse Manager of Client Services

David joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2020 and brings a variety of different skills and experiences to his role as one of the Nurse Managers of Client Services. In addition to working as a Registered Nurse since 2011 in the fields of psych, physical rehabilitation, and dialysis, he also has an entrepreneurial spirit that led him to create several businesses. David is passionate about using all of his skills and interests to advocate for our Clients and their families, ensuring their needs are being met with quality and care.

Amy,  Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Amy, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Amy brings three decades of Human Resources leadership experience and passion for employees. She believes that if she is making employees be more effective in their professional and personal lives, she is doing the job right. Amy joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2020 and moved into the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator role from there. With more than two decades as a family caregiver, she is energized when she supports our CAREGivers, Clients and the community.

Lenny,  Staffing Coordinator

Lenny, Staffing Coordinator

Lenny joined the Home Instead family in early 2020 as the Staffing Coordinator, primarily responsible for making the compatible matches between our Clients and CAREGivers that are so important to our Clients' experience. He worked nearly 20 years in corporate settings leading and training staff to perform at their peak levels. Lenny is passionate about quality assurance and delivering optimal customer service every day to ensure that our caregiving team continues to be the very best in the industry.

Mary, RN,  Personal Care Education Coordinator

Mary, RN, Personal Care Education Coordinator

Mary has practiced nursing in a variety of areas over her 30-year career. She is passionate about training and educating nursing students, CAREGivers and other healthcare workers to provide excellent quality care. In addition to Home Instead Senior Care, Mary is an instructor at local nursing programs, including Thomas Nelson Community College and is Board Certified in Simulation Education.

Marjorie,  Dementia Education Coordinator

Marjorie, Dementia Education Coordinator

Marjorie retired more than 10 years ago from careers that included positions as a Spanish teacher, realtor and public relations. Little did she know that retirement would provide the opportunity to follow a passion that has led to an incredibly satisfying time in her life! Because of her moving experience with her father who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Marjorie became a tireless volunteer and advocate for people with Alzheimer's or dementia and their caregivers. Marjorie is a member of the Peninsula Alzheimer's Leadership Council, and a certified art facilitator and trainer for the Memories in the Making Creative Art Program.

Chelsey,  Human Resources & Billing Coordinator

Chelsey, Human Resources & Billing Coordinator

Chelsey has been a member of the Home Instead Senior Care team since 2015. With a background in human resources and public policy, she is passionate about ensuring our professional CAREGivers have all the training, resources, and support they need in order to provide excellent quality care to our community's seniors. Chelsey originally joined Home Instead as the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator, and now serves the Company by processing the billing and payroll, as well as coordinating the Human Resources activities.

Christina,  On-Call Coordinator

Christina, On-Call Coordinator

Christina has been a member of our Home Instead Senior Care team since 2016 as our On-Call Supervisor. She previously spent 20 years in the military working in Information Security, and she holds a degree in Psychology, and is pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems. Christina worked at another Home Instead Senior Care franchise as a CAREGiver in the past, where she had a wonderful experience with her dear client. As someone who has always felt called to serve others, Christina has always wanted to do meaningful work that she truly enjoys, which is what she gets to do every day at Home Instead Senior Care.
