Donna Graves General Manager

Donna Graves joined the team of Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2004. Always enjoying the company of elders, she decided that working as a Caregiver would truly be a rewarding experience. 

 

After 2 years of service she decided to take advantage of an opportunity to join the office staff of Home Instead Senior Care. Having the experience of working as a Caregiver, has given her a better understanding of what is needed in order to provide the utmost care, maintaining dignity and enrich the lives of our Clients. 

 
She is responsible for employment screening as well as providing new employees with an extensive orientation, maintaining all employee records and continued training. We believe hiring and retaining dependable, caring and professional individuals is essential to our success at Home Instead Senior Care. 

Claire Sanborn Service Coordinator

​​Claire Sanborn joined the Home Instead Senior Care office team in August of 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. Since that time she has been promoted to Staff Coordinator. Claire exhibits a great understanding of our clients needs, enabling her to match the appropriate Caregiver to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. 

Prior of Home Instead Senior Care, Claire Sanborn worked in two area hospitals for more than 15 years.

Claire demonstrates discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness with company standards, practices, policies and procedures. She has developed effective interpersonal skills with both caregivers and clients.​
