The Waltham office of Home Instead Senior care was started by its
current owner, Christopher Jenkins, in November 2001. Since that time
Christopher and his team have helped hundreds of people in Brighton,
Brookline, Newton, Watertown and Waltham.
Our services range from taking a client to the occassional doctor's
appointment and perhaps making them a lunch to an around the clock team
of certified nurses' aides supervised by our own staff nurse.
On this site you will find more information about our employees, the
services we can provide, how much it costs and how you can set up
services. You can also call us right now at 617-229-7962 and we can
answer all your questions directly.
It's always amazing to us how a little bit of extra help is
frequently all that is needed to keep someone safe in their home. We
still have our first client we signed up 12 years ago. During all that
time we have provided six hours a week of assistance and that has been
enough to keep him safe, comfortable and at home.
Christopher and his team all share a passion for improving the
quality of life for seniors and families in our communities. We offer a
range of non-medical services that can be customized to your needs so
you’ll get exactly the help you need. Our CAREGivers are area residents
who are kind, compassionate and truly enjoy working with seniors. They
are professionals, extensively trained in elder care, and all are
screened, insured and bonded. As our employees they are covered by
workers compensation insurance and have all the appropriate taxes
withheld from their pay.
Our twelve point background check goes well beyond the Massachusetts
required CORI (Criminal Offender record Information) check and includes a
national check, RMV motor vehicle check, nurses aide registry check,
social security number verification, medicare and medicaid banned
provider check. We are one of a handful of Massachusetts homecare
agencies that also requires a preemployment drug test.
We can tailor a home care arrangement to fit both your family's lifestyle and budget.
Reap rewards beyond measure -- and get paid, too.
