Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Assistance with grooming and bathing
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Alzheimer’s Care
*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance

Job Details

Seeking a Strategic Assistant to support our management team. The successful candidate must be:

4. Nurturing: Emotionally supportive, understanding, patient, compassionate and caring.

6. Team-oriented: A valued team member known for getting things done, aligned with company’s values and focus, understands the bigger picture, and looks at the overall context.

7. A detail-oriented planner: Highly detail-oriented, looks and plans ahead, highly intelligent and organized.

8. Open-minded and interested in learning: Open to new ideas and different ways of doing things, interested in learning and growing both personally and professionally, interested in understanding why assigned tasks are important, and not just handling them.

Additional requirements include great communication skills, good computer skills, a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of supporting our social media platforms through regular content development and posts. Skill in website design is a plus, as is project coordination experience. A college degree is preferred, and you must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile. A criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen are required. Occasionally evenings or weekend work may be required. Normal hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. and 12 noon on Friday. Seasonal hours may differ.
