Catherine spent 25 years in the project development of senior housing, assisted living, and skilled nursing care projects and was very excited to move to the personal side of the senior care business through the acquisition of the Marin County Home Instead Senior Care franchise with her husband, Todd, who’s prior career was in the automotive industry managing large departments, budgets, and staff.
Christy Queirolo joined Home Instead Senior Care in December of 2018 as one of our Client Care Coordinators. In her role, she is the liason between our clients, family members and the care team. Christy comes to us with a long history of customer service. Over the years, Christy has volunteered at a local senior care facility and personally cared for a friend suffering with Lou Gehrig's disease, demonstrating her commitment to helpng seniors live a better quality of life. This passion led her to Home Instead. She is a Marin County native, has a strong sense of community and builds strong, lasting and committed relationships.
In her leisure time Christy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and outdoor activities in the Bay Area.
Grace Raskin joined Home Instead as our Education Coordinator in March of 2019. Grace has been a nurse for many years with experience in hospital, emergency room, and an assisted living facility where she served as the nurse administrator. Retired from full time nursing, she was excited to join our team as our part-time education coordinator. She also teaches nursing to students and works as a school nurse in her spare time. Grace enjoys sharing her nursing experiences with our staff and supporting our teams in the field with her extensive knowledge of senior care.
Julieann Dragt joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2018 as our Operations Coordinator. In 2019 she was named as our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Her responsibilities include Recruiting and Retention of Caregiving staff, training, monitoring credentials and compliance with State of California mandates and general operations of the office. Prior to joining our team, Julieann graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Sociology. While attending Fresno State, Julieann received multiple scholarships and an honors award in her major. Julieann also studied gerontology which explores aging as a physical, cultural, and social process which has helped her connect with seniors while caregiving in the field. Previously, she did volunteer work for a medical services clinic serving low income and underprovided populations. After graduating college, Julieann was hoping to enter a fulfilling career engaging with others and furthering her understanding of new communities. She feels like she has found her home at Home Instead. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her sisters.
