Tiffany Plott, Owner and General Manager

​Tiffany joined Home Instead Senior Care in August of 2008 and worked  directly with clients and their families. She then moved into marketing to build relationships and educate the community on the services of Home Instead Senior Care.  Next, as General Manager her primary responsibilities were providing leadership for her team and ensuring that Home Instead Senior Care is providing the highest level of quality care possible.  Now as owner, Tiffany continues her passion for Home Instead Senior Care clients lives and feels very blessed to be in this position.  She wants to ensure that the lives of her clients and Caregivers are enriched by the services of Home Instead Senior Care.

Tiffany is happily married and loves spending quality time with family and friends.  She is also very involved with her church as a praise and worship leader.  

Ron Hobbs, Assistant General Manager

Ron Hobbs, Assistant General Manager

​Ron joined Home Instead Senior Care in November of 2013 as a Client Care Supervisor. He focuses on building relationships with our clients and ensuring satisfaction. He also has conducted Care Consultations, quality assurance visits (ensuring the needs of our clients are being met), and that they are receiving the highest quality of care that Home Instead Senior Care is recognized for.  Ron is now Assistant General Manager. He joined HISC knowing that he would be able to interact one on one with the senior population, something he is extremely passionate about, and make a difference in seniors’ lives, as well as their families.

Ron married his best friend Trena and they have been married for 35 years.  They have two amazing daughters, Rachel &Tiffany, and four grandchildren.  He is a co-pastor at his church and enjoys music, spending quality time with his family and friends, and vacations (especially trips to the ocean). 

Julie Fenner, Alternate Administrator/Office Manager/Sr. Client Care Supervisor

Julie Fenner, Alternate Administrator/Office Manager/Sr. Client Care Supervisor

Julie started her career with Home Instead Senior Care as an Intake Coordinator in November of 2010.  She quickly advanced to become a Sr. Client Care Supervisor, exceling in her responsibilities.  The role of Sr. Client Care Supervisor focuses on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction of services.  Some of her main job responsibilities include Coordination of Care for new clients and Quality Assurance Visits which ensure that services are meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of clients.  Julie has an extensive background in customer service and has a true passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors in her community.  In January 2015, Julie earned the position of Office Manager. Her responsibilities include overseeing each department and ensuring maximum efficiency.

 In her free time, Julie enjoys being outdoors with her two teenaged boys, Joseph and Nicholas.

​Tiffani joined the Home Instead Senior Care Team May of 2013 originally as an Intake Coordinator. Tiffani has always had a passion to service others, especially our seniors.  She enjoyed helping family members feel at ease through such a difficult time in life, with their loved one. She then began working in the Bariatric field, providing assistance to patients who were starting the surgery process, as well as verifying insurance and patient scheduling. Tiffani came back to Home Instead March of 2017, and is now Client Care Supervisor. She continues to appreciate the opportunity to create and build relationships with families throughout the assessment process and ensure customer satisfaction.  It is very important that our services meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and their families.  

 Tiffani is married with 2 children, Justin and Lauren. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out, dancing, swimming, going on cruises, and going to church. 



Chasity Stanford, Sr. Training/Recruiting & Engagement Supervisor

Chasity Stanford, Sr. Training/Recruiting & Engagement Supervisor

​Chasity Joined the Home instead team in 2007 as a caregiver for two years and then went on to pursue her education. While away from home instead Chasity missed the daily interaction with clients and their families as she truly enjoyed enhancing their lives by providing them with quality care. Chasity joined the home instead team again in the spring of 2014 as Scheduling Supervisor and has recently been promoted to Sr. Training/Recruiting & Engagement Supervisor. Chasity loves her position at home instead and giving back to the many caregivers, the knowledge she has learned in her 25 years of experience. Chasity's medical background involves over 25 years' experience In many areas of the medical field NAA, CNA, HHA, MA, Scheduling Supervisor, and has a degree in Psychology.

When she is not working Chasity loves gardening and spending time with both her husband Ken, and her son Austin.


Shyler Rankin, Recruiting and Engagement Supervisor

Shyler Rankin, Recruiting and Engagement Supervisor

Shyler's love and appreciation for Seniors began at a very early age growing up with her grandparents. Shyler's grandparents made such a huge impact on her life and have helped develop who she is today. Shyler began her career focusing on retail management but eventually developed an interest working in the healthcare field as a Medical Assistant. Throughout her work history, Shyler has found her calling in CAREGiving. Shyler joined our Home Instead family, originally as a CAREGiver in October of 2014. Since being a CAREGiver, Shyler has built several lifelong relationships between clients and families, and has now been offered the position of a Recruiting and Engagement Supervisor February of 2018. Shyler will be working directly with our CAREGivers to ensure their experience is both pleasant and professional.

On her off time, Shyler loves spending time with her fiancé and daughter Makayla, while also enjoying a girl's day with daughter, niece, and mom.




Carolann Curry, Operations Coordinator

Carolann Curry, Operations Coordinator

Carolann joined the Home Instead Team June of 2015. Carolann's medical background involves working as a Medical Assistant for an Internal Medicine Clinic and also working three and a half years as a Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist for patients of all ages who had suffered from Traumatic Brain Injuries. Her healthcare experience is a combination of hands on patient care and nursing duties such as medication administration, injections, tube feedings, wound care, handling different behaviors or outbursts, and much more. Carolann wears many hats and enjoys learning and assisting CAREGivers,clients, and each department with all the help they may need.

When she is not at work she loves going on cinematic adventures with her husband Paul and spending time with their two dachshunds Piano and Pascal.

​Laura joined the Home Instead Senior Care Family February of 2016 as a valued Caregiver.  Due to her outstanding job performance, she was promoted to a leadership position as a Sr. Scheduling Supervisor May of 2017.  As a Las Vegas native, Laura owned an Interior Design business for over 20 years.  She loved being an Interior Designer and will be more than happy accessorizing your home with the perfect caregiver. Laura's husband transferred to Texas and she began searching for something to fulfill her empty nest. Being compassionate about seniors and caring for others, she discovered caregiving, which lead her to Home Instead Senior Care.

Laura loves being married to her best friend Bob, of nearly 20 years. She has two grown sons, Chase and Colby. Laura has two beautiful grandchildren, Kimber and Landon, and two spoiled rotten dogs, Blue and Snookie. In her spare time, Laura enjoys gardening, socializing with friends and crafts of all kinds.

Nanette Farrill, PRN On Call Supervisor

​Nanette joined the Home Instead Family March of 2004. At the age of 18, her Health Care career began as a Certified Nurse Aide, assisting with hands on patient care in Nursing Home Facilities. She then earned her Medical Assistant Certification and began to work for Home Health Companies here in the DFW area. Her love for people created an opportunity to work as a Caregiver with Seniors for Home Instead Senior Care. Over the last 13 years, Nanette has created many heartfelt relationships between clients and values the importance of providing quality care to seniors. Her dedication and professionalism have transitioned her to become an On Call Supervisor. She looks forward to building relationships between clients and families and offering support to our Caregivers throughout their journey with Home Instead Senior Care.

 Outside of work, Nanette enjoys spending time with her family and pets.



Janiece Morris, Bookkeeper

Janiece Morris, Bookkeeper

​Janiece joined the Home Instead Team August of 2015.  Janiece started in the medical field as a candy striper when she was 14 and worked over 100 hours at a local hospital.  Janiece has over 20 years' experience in the medical industry.  Janiece's medical experience began with picking up daily food menus from patients, as well as billing and collections, CMN retrieval, delivering equipment to patients, answering patient phone calls, and answering questions for the durable medical equipment industry.  With the ever changing Medicare requirements and competitive bidding in the medical equipment industry she has been given this opportunity to work as our Bookeeper

Janiece loves spending time with her family horseback riding with her horses China & Jerk, traveling, hunting, and camping with Callie the dog.
