That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. Tiffany Plott, Owner & General Manager

Tiffany Plott, Owner & General Manager

​Tiffany joined Home Instead Senior Care in August of 2008 and worked  directly with clients and their families. She then moved into marketing to build relationships and educate the community on the services of Home Instead Senior Care.  Next, as General Manager her primary responsibilities were providing leadership for her team and ensuring that Home Instead Senior Care is providing the highest level of quality care possible.  Now as owner, Tiffany continues her passion for Home Instead Senior Care clients lives and feels very blessed to be in this position.  She wants to ensure that the lives of her clients and Caregivers are enriched by the services of Home Instead Senior Care.

Tiffany is happily married with two beautiful girls and loves spending quality time with family and friends.  She is also very involved with her church as a praise and worship leader.  

Ron Hobbs, Quality Assurance Supervisor & Home Care Consultant

Ron Hobbs, Quality Assurance Supervisor & Home Care Consultant

​Ron joined Home Instead Senior Care in November of 2013 as a Client Care Supervisor. He focuses on building relationships with our clients and ensuring satisfaction. He also has conducted Care Consultations, quality assurance visits (ensuring the needs of our clients are being met), and that they are receiving the highest quality of care that Home Instead Senior Care is recognized for.  Ron has also had an excitement for marketing and educating other healthcare professionals in the community. He joined HISC knowing that he would be able to interact one on one with the senior population, something he is extremely passionate about, and make a difference in seniors’ lives, as well as their families. Ron is now Quality Assurance Supervisor and Home Care Consultant.

Ron married his best friend Trena and they have been married for over 40 years.  They have two amazing daughters, Rachel &Tiffany, and five grandchildren.  He is a co-pastor at his church and enjoys music, spending quality time with his family and friends, and vacations (especially trips to the ocean). 

Kylie Russey, Client Care Supervisor

​Kylie joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in November of 2019, as a Client Care Supervisor. Kylie's medical background includes working in the emergency department as well as 7 other patient care units in a local hospital. Kylie supports the team by educating potential clients about services we provide and how we can help in their time of need. She is assisting in directing and coordinating all activities associated with the care of our amazing clients and their family members. Kylie's passion for caring for people makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Kylie loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys cozying up on the couch with her boyfriend Bryan and their two cats, Sunny and Stormi.



Sady Verona, Scheduling Supervisor

Sady Verona, Scheduling Supervisor

​Sady joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in July of 2019, as a Scheduling Supervisor. She started her career as a Scheduling Coordinator in the medical field in 2011. Throughout the years Sady managed a multitude of healthcare providers all over the United States. She supervised the operations of the Healthy House Call program for 7 years, which ensured the proper coordination of care for the seniors they served.  In addition, she owned her own successful business for 5 years. Sady truly prides herself in excellent customer service and serving the seniors in our community. 

 In Sady's off time she enjoys crafting with her daughter Kyla, spending time with family and spoiling her dog Kali. 



Natalie Mejias, Scheduling Coordinator

Natalie Mejias, Scheduling Coordinator

​Natalie joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in November of 2019, as a Scheduling Coordinator. She began a career in the medical field as a medical assistant in 2005 before becoming a stay at home mom for the last 7 years. Her experience in pastoral care and missions only deepened her passion for loving and caring for others. She loves working with people and making connections with those around her in deep and meaningful ways. This attribute serves her well in the role of a Scheduling Coordinator as she builds relationships with clients and caregivers to ensure that she is making a great match for all involved.

Natalie is the mother of three incredible children. Being a mother is one of her most cherished roles in life. In addition, she spends time serving in the ministry. She also enjoys singing, painting and writing. 



Shyler Rankin, Recruiting & Engagement Supervisor

Shyler Rankin, Recruiting & Engagement Supervisor

Shyler's love and appreciation for Seniors began at a very early age growing up with her grandparents. Shyler's grandparents made such a huge impact on her life and have helped develop who she is today. Shyler began her career focusing on retail management but eventually developed an interest working in the healthcare field as a Medical Assistant. Throughout her work history, Shyler has found her calling in CAREGiving. Shyler joined our Home Instead family, originally as a CAREGiver in October of 2014. Since being a CAREGiver, Shyler has built several lifelong relationships between clients and families, and has now been offered the position of a Recruiting and Engagement Supervisor February of 2018. Shyler will be working directly with our CAREGivers to ensure their experience is both pleasant and professional.

On her off time, Shyler loves spending time with her fiancé and daughter Makayla, while also enjoying a girl's day with daughter, niece, and mom.




Janiece Morris, Bookkeeper

Janiece Morris, Bookkeeper

​Janiece joined the Home Instead Team August of 2015.  Janiece started in the medical field as a candy striper when she was 14 and worked over 100 hours at a local hospital.  Janiece has over 20 years' experience in the medical industry.  Janiece's medical experience began with picking up daily food menus from patients, as well as billing and collections, CMN retrieval, delivering equipment to patients, answering patient phone calls, and answering questions for the durable medical equipment industry.  With the ever changing Medicare requirements and competitive bidding in the medical equipment industry she has been given this opportunity to work as our Bookeeper

Janiece loves spending time with her family horseback riding with her horses China & Jerk, traveling, hunting, and camping with Callie the dog.
