Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In addition to serving eight years in the Nebraska Army National Guard as a Medical NCO, he spent 15 years in various senior and executive level marketing and advertising positions. His passion for seniors and desire to own his own business led him to change careers and relocate his family to SW Missouri. Chris became a Home Instead Senior Care franchise owner in 2010, with the purchase of the Springfield and Branson locations. Chris is committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Personal experiences with family members motivates him to create an environment where quality is first with clients, CAREGivers, and the community.
Becky came to Home Instead Senior Care in April 2000. Prior to joining Home Instead, Becky worked as a Medical Assistant for an OB/GYN for 16 years and also for an Endocrinology clinic for 5 years. As the Staff Coordinator, Becky works on keeping the day to day operations of the office running smoothly while also managing client and CAREGiver schedules. Her goal is to ensure that each client receives quality service that exceeds their expectations. She takes great pride in matching clients and CAREGivers with similar interests and personalities.
Carol joined the Springfield Home Instead Senior Care office in March
2015. Prior to Home Instead, Carol worked as a chairside assistant and
office manager for a Dental practice in Buffalo, MO. As a Home Care
Consultant, Carol is tasked with building relationships in the
community. Carol has an enormous passion for helping others find
solutions to their needs! This makes her the perfect person to educate
people about the services Home Instead Senior Care offers. She works
with the rest of the team to identify community resources for our
existing and future clients. You’ll see her out and about town as she
spreads the word about Home Care and strengthens our relationships with
Carol is married and has 2 adult children and 2 grandkids. She enjoys life.
Ann joined Home Instead Senior Care in April 2016. Ann brings with
her a wealth of experience, having worked as a CNA for five years and as a
scheduling coordinator and office manager for a major rehab
organization for more than three years. As the Recruitment and
Engagement Coordinator, Ann manages the CAREGiver hiring process. She
screens all potential CAREGivers, conducts interviews, oversees
background and reference checks, makes employment decisions, and
provides new employee orientation and follow-up training. Ann has
amazing insight when it comes to hiring compassionate, trustworthy
individuals, and understanding the needs of each CAREGiver. Her goal is
to recruit, retain and train the best CAREGivers in SW Missouri to
ensure we deliver quality care for your loved one.
In her free
time, Ann enjoys attending the various activities of her 3 children. She
also loves to read, listen to music, sing, watch movies, have a great
cup of coffee, and spend time outdoors.
