Business Owner Profile

Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners Tim and Clare Connelly possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in the community. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families right here in the Bellevue Area as well as the Council Bluffs area.

A native Nebraskan, Tim graduated from Creighton University and has dedicated much of his professional career to serving seniors and their families.

Prior to purchasing the office that serves Sarpy County, Nebraska and Southwest Iowa, Tim worked at Home Instead Senior Care’s Global Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys golfing and helping his children participate in youth sports.

Tim's wife Clare has a professional background in nursing.

Tim and Clare look forward to providing area seniors with options for long-term care and to providing the services needed to help them remain safely in their homes for as long as possible.

​Jennifer has the responsibility of the Client Services Coordinator. In this role Jennifer works with potential clients and their families to customize a care plan that works best for them with the specific challenges they face. Jennifer assists families to develop a plan allowing their loved one(s) to remain independent for as long as possible. Jennifer is also responsible for managing our quality assurance program. Jennifer enjoys being able to make a difference with a family or client. In her free time Jennifer likes spending time with her husband and two children.

​Kim has the responsibility of Lead Service Coordinator. In this role she makes sure that CAREGiver and Client schedules are coordinated and that everyone's needs are met. Kim's experience in caring for her grandmother has led her to want to help other seniors and their families. Her favorite part of working with Home Instead is the sense of fulfillment she gets from helping others. In her spare time Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and their animals.

​Rhonda has the responsibility of Service Coordinator. In this role, Rhonda assures CAREGiver and Client schedules are coordinated and everyone's needs are met. Rhonda enjoys working with our Clients and CAREGivers and the gratification she gains while engaging with them. In her spare time Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family.



Julie has the responsibility as Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator.  In this role Julie works with quality CAREGivers throughout the entire on-boarding process.

Julie assists new CAREGivers in being as prepared as possible to help clients maintain their independence.  Julie likes to get away being involved in church activities, rodeos and tent camping.
