Jennifer has the responsibility of the Client Care Manager. In this role Jennifer works with potential clients and their families to customize a care plan that works best for them with the specific challenges they face. Jennifer assists families to develop a plan allowing their loved one(s) to remain independent for as long as possible. Jennifer is also responsible for managing our quality assurance program. Jennifer enjoys being able to make a difference with a family or client. In her free time Jennifer likes spending time with her husband and two children.
Lea is a Geriatric Resource Nurse and Long Term Care specialist. She has the responsibility of working with the Iowa clients and helping to grow the 8 Southwest IA counties in our territory as a Client Care Specialist. She enjoys meeting clients and their family, following up with quality assurance visits, and spreading the word about our services. Her love of seniors began at age 16 in a nursing home in Avoca, Iowa, and has continued for over 40 years. Lea's goal is "keeping seniors feet under their own table for as long as possible". In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and 9 grandchildren.
Rhonda has the responsibility of Service Coordinator. In this role, Rhonda assures CAREGiver and Client schedules are coordinated and everyone's needs are met. Rhonda enjoys working with our Clients and CAREGivers and the gratification she gains while engaging with them. In her spare time Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family.
Julie has the responsibility as Recruitment and Engagement Manager. In this role Julie works with quality CAREGivers throughout the entire on-boarding process.
Julie assists new CAREGivers in being as prepared as possible to help clients maintain their independence. Julie likes to get away being involved in church activities, rodeos and tent camping.
