Blair Sapeta, Owner

Blair joined Home Instead in June of 1998. Her love and passion for seniors led her to pursue a degree in Gerontology while working for Home Instead Senior Care. During that time, she explored social work and public policy, but her heart was with the families and caregivers she worked with every day. She finds it is truly amazing the difference Home Instead Senior Care makes. Her passion is really with serving and caring for those around her. With her experience at Home Instead Senior Care so many things have evolved and changed and that is what is so exciting, the constant challenge to grow and adapt. Anthony Sapeta, Owner

Anthony is originally from Northern California where he was a district manager for a well-known distribution company located in Sacramento. Working for this company allowed him to learn the entire region and how to operate a team from every level. This is where he gained the most experience managing and developing successful sales individuals who exceeded their goals personally and professionally.

Anthony is outgoing, focused on excellent customer service, honest, and caring. He has had the ability to watch his wife Blair provide amazing service to seniors and their families throughout their community for the past 15 years with Home Instead Senior Care. Anthony’s desire to help others came naturally, he grew up watching his Mother being the primary care provider for his grandparents and great grandparents. She worked hard to make sure they were able to stay in their own homes. After watching his Mother battle cancer and seeing the need for care with his uncle with Parkinson’s, the passion and dedication from Blair’s resources truly at work, he realized it was time to give back. After pursuing his interest in helping seniors, an opportunity in Goodyear, AZ with Home Instead Senior Care became available. Anthony and Blair packed up the family and moved to Goodyear, AZ now closer to family and friends. Anthony is dedicated to helping Seniors and their families throughout the Southwest Valley. He enjoys sports and watching his kids grow into amazing individuals.

Melissa grew up between Kansas and Wyoming, where she started her caregiving career. She's always had a soft spot for the elderly, Melissa remembers helping her grandparents out when she was younger. Melissa also had the opportunity to work as a rehabilitation -restorative aide, working alongside physical and occupational therapists. This experience has given Melissa the ability to share a vast variety of resources, skills, and talents to help our caregivers.

KeAvae T 2023

KeAvae T., Care Coordinator

My name is KeAvae , and I hail from Denver, Colorado. My journey into caregiving began during my high school years. I've always had a natural inclination to care for others and lend a helping hand. During my junior year in 2013, I attended CNA school and swiftly embarked on my caregiving path, starting with a client. Additionally, I provided private care to a young girl with autism.

My personal life also played a significant role in shaping my caregiving dedication. My father's car accident led to him becoming a left leg amputee, while my younger brother triumphed over cancer at the tender age of 3. I took on considerable caregiving responsibilities for them, which only fueled my desire to make a positive impact.
Transitioning to college, I pursued a degree in Minnesota while juggling the roles of a college athlete, student, and caregiver. After graduating, my aspiration to become a nurse led me to Arizona, where I was first welcomed by Home Instead. It's been my haven ever since. I'm immensely grateful for the sense of family I've found here and the doors that have opened for me.

I embarked on my journey with Home Instead as a Caregiver, and in just a couple of years, I've risen to the position of a Lead Caregiver. This role empowers me to support both our caregivers and clients on an even greater level. I thrive on challenges, and my extensive experience now enables me to navigate any situation with our clients. What I adore about Home Instead is its commitment to nurturing growth and maintaining constant communication every step of the way.

Fast forward to today, I'm a nursing school graduate, and my personal and professional growth continues to flourish within the Home Instead family. I'm thankful to have found a second home away from home.

Bailey B., Service Coordinator

My name is Bailey and I am originally from Akron, Ohio. I have lived in Arizona for 14 years now. My passion for helping seniors stems from my experiences assisting my grandparents as they aged. Since the beginning of my career, I have been committed to serving seniors. Starting in 2013, I ventured into the Senior Living industry, gaining expertise in various areas such as administration, project management, and operations.

Joining Home Instead marks an exciting new chapter as I embark on my journey into in-home care, a realm I deeply value due to witnessing firsthand the positive impact it has on seniors when they can age in their own homes.

Outside of work, I cherish moments with my family, indulge in arts and crafts, and spend time with my beloved pets.
