Meet Our Team

Tom started in Omaha at Home Instead Senior Care headquarters in 2011 where he fell in love with the mission, culture and the people. It was his time spent working with Home Instead owners and offices when he started to envision owning his own Home Instead Senior Care franchise. Tom’s wife and co-owner, Nealy, has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years and has an extensive background in executive leadership, corporate training, operational efficiency, management and sales. Drawing on their experience, Tom and Nealy have dreamed about starting and building a business together to make an impact in their community. We have personally used Home Instead for Tom’s Mom which furthered our mission to be able to give seniors the ability to age at home while maintaining independence and quality of life. The passion to care for people along with the drive to provide an amazing experience for their clients and CAREGivers make this Green Valley office in southern Arizona a special place.

In their spare time, they enjoy time with family, exploring beautiful Arizona and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Jordan is an Arizona Native who has lived in the Sahuarita area her entire life. She has two daughters and lives with her sister, as well as their elderly grandfather which they both care for. Jordan began her Home Instead journey in 2014 as a CAREGiver, working for both our Tucson office and now the Green Valley office. She demonstrated quickly that she is compassionate and dedicated toward seniors. Jordan has an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and is pursing a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, camping and a good hike.

Daniela grew up in the small town of Bisbee AZ, she moved to Sahuarita with her family in 2016. She began her Home Instead journey as a CAREGiver in 2020 and shortly after with her lively energy and compassion towards seniors, she became the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Daniela helped care for her grandmother who was ill and wanting to stay at home. After her grandmother’s passing she wanted to honor her grandmother and help others who needed someone to care for them. She has her Medical Assistant Certificate and is currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration. On her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, painting and going on road trips. Daniela is also the office karaoke queen, aka Dani the DJ!

Olynka was born in Nogales, AZ and loves the area so much, she’s never left! Olynka followed in the footsteps of a long line of family that worked in the agriculture industry. After 16 years of working in agriculture and taking care of her grandfather when he became ill, Olynka felt her heart being pulled in a different direction. She was searching for a place where her heart and mind could work together to bring happiness to others. Olynka has found exactly that here at Home Instead. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, baking and playing dominoes.
