Monica Monasmith, Owner
Monica recently found her calling with Home Instead when she realized the need for senior care in the Marble Falls area and wanted to make a difference, not only to fill the need but to do it with excellence.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys cheering on her kids, going on mission trips and being with family.
Shannon Davis, General Manager
Shannon is a Texas transplant from WA state but got here just as soon as she was able! She has spent the last 12 years in the Complex Rehabilitation Industry where she fought to get the needed equipment for patients and helped customize the needed equipment to fit her specific patient need. She has a very strong passion for helping people no matter what is needed and wholeheartedly believes our Seniors deserve to be in their own homes and is dedicated to helping keep them there. She is so excited to be a part of our team and help make a difference!
When not at work she loves spending time with her husband and dogs curled up on the couch with a favorite movie. She has 4 children and a grandson who she spends every free moment with!
Thad Willis, Home Care Consultant
Thad recently moved to the Marble Falls area from Kansas. He grew up in the Austin area and currently has family in the Marble Falls area. Thad has more than 25 years of experience in Sales and Client relations in healthcare. Thad has a passion for helping seniors and solving their healthcare needs. We are blessed to have him as a part of our team.
Jodi Hyden, Recruitment & Engagement Manager
Jodi is a native Texan with over 10 yrs experience in Human Resources and healthcare. She has a degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State. Her Career path indicates a strong compassion in caring for those in need. She is the mother of 1 daughter, a minister and an artist. We are delighted to have her skills and expertise in recruiting and retaining exceptional caregivers.
Kristine, Service Coordinator
Kristine is a native to California, who has served over 11 years in the United States Army. In the Army Kristine was a Unit Supply Staff Sergeant, supervising and maintaining Army personnel as well as Unit equipment. Kristine holds a degree in Religion from Saint Leo University. Family is key to Kristine; she has a beautifully blended family consisting of three boys and six girls. Kristine's experience in the military, her family dynamics mixed with her passion for community unity make her the perfect asset to the Home Instead Team.
