John has served in the healthcare industry in various capacities for more than 20 years. In September of 2021, John pursued his dream of owning a Home Instead franchise, which provided the unique opportunity to combine his passion to serve the elderly with owning a premier homecare agency. John is grateful for the amazing team of caregivers and staff that join him in making Home Instead the leading provider of homecare services in Washington County, PA.

Colin joined the Home Instead Team in July of 2023, relocating from Jacksonville, FL to Massillon, OH for this opportunity. Prior to his industry change, Colin recruited for niche roles at University of Chicago and Frontier Airlines, which has translated well in his new role as General Manager. Throughout college, Colin had the opportunity to work with a Home Instead office in Washington, PA and witness the impact their home care services made in the community, jumpstarting his passion to serve the elderly. Colin is thrilled to be able to serve clients in Northeast Ohio, and truly make a difference in seniors' lives. In his free time, you can find Colin playing golf, basketball, Spikeball, running, spending time with family and friends, attending church, and visiting Florida any chance he gets!

Amy has always cared for others throughout the years, which has included babysitting at the age of 8, working in the LD/MMRD classes in school and volunteering at St. John's Villa every summer. Amy had many years in the banking industry where she learned and honed her customer service skills and grew the connection she made with her customers, especially senior-aged clients. Opportunity brought her to Home Instead as a Care Provider 4 1/2 years ago. Since then, she has moved into a variety of office and managerial duties, but her heart still calls her to service our clients one-on-one. When not working, she and her husband enjoy watching their son run cross country or track and spending time with extended family.

Jesy has been involved with nursing homes for the majority of her life. She began her career as a cook in the kitchen but wanted a more personal connection with her clients and their families, which led her to homecare, where she has been for the past 11 years. She has a passion for being a caregiver and loves getting to know her clients and their families on a personal level, which allows her to become a part of their lives. She also has the pleasure of being a part of the office where she has the opportunity to meet the caregivers and new clients she has not yet had the opportunity to meet. Outside of caregiving Jesy spends most of her time being a Mom to her son Conner. She also enjoys cooking whenever she can.

Susan is 64 years old, and has 3 children: Michael 43, Shannon 30, and George 27. She has always been known as the mother of the "Tall family." At 6'1", she is the shrimp in her family! Susan is a widow but met a wonderful man and recently became engaged. (No wedding planned yet!). Susan started with Home Instead in 2007 doing on-call every other weekend, which provided great flexibility. Eventually this position turned into a full-time scheduler role. In 2017 Susan started her own business, which she then sold in 2023 to retire. It was then that she explored part-time scheduling with Home Instead in the Washington, PA office. She has come full circle!
