Mary has been amazing! She often gets shuffled around in the schedule, but she doesn’t let it break her stride! She is very flexible and will travel to any client or work any shift that we may present. Since joining our team in 2021, Shana has played an integral role in the success of the company. It takes a very special person to be a CarePRO to seniors and Shana does it with grace and poise. Shana's clients frequently comment on the quality of care she provides and how she delivers it with the utmost kindness and consideration. Her skills and knowledge base as a CarePRO is hard to come by and it allows her to provide a level of care that most would envy. Beyond all of that, Shana provides open and honest communication with the office staff and is always willing to fill last minute, challenging shifts. Shana is an amazing asset to our Home Instead team and to the clients she cares for. We are all truly blessed to have her and couldn't be happier to have her as our CarePRO of the year for 2022!
