Meet Our Team

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Megan provided care in local hospitals, nursing homes and private homes. While providing care, she often saw the need for continued in-home services and decided to open a Home Instead office. Megan has been the owner of the local franchise office since 2012. Megan provides leadership and sets the overall strategy and direction for our Home Instead franchise. Megan partners with her team to ensure we provide our clients, their families, referral providers and CAREGivers an exceptional experience with Home Instead Senior Care.

In her spare time, Megan cherishes spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.

Joe joined the Home Instead Team in 2014. He has 20+ years of diverse human resources and operations management experience. His experience includes employee relations, recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits administration, and developing policies and procedures.

Joe works with the office team in areas of recruiting, hiring, staff coordinating, and day to day operations. He is intuitive with hands on experience and knowledge in training CAREGivers in Alzheimer's care and problem solving. He has 25+ years of extensive hands-on experience in caregiving.

Joe's professional education includes Business Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, Project Management and Counseling. He's an adventurist which includes vertical rock and mountain climbing with his son, backpacking, skydiving, kayaking, and also enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Jacinda is our Client Care Coordinator for the Beaver Dam Office.

Jacinda has been working with the senior community in their homes for more than 10 years. Starting at home caring for her mother, then working for a private client before finding an agency to work with as a caregiver which only lasted a short time before being promoted to a Client Care Coordinator/ Scheduler. She held that position for nearly 3 years before coming “Home” to continue to serve her community and the seniors around her as Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead.

Outside of work Jacinda enjoys spending time with her family including her many nieces and nephews, taking extra special time to savor every moment with her infant daughter Olivia; and keeping her cat Charlie out of trouble. Jacinda also likes exploring the Horicon Marsh with her family, dabbling with her designs in fashion, and helping her grandmother in the garden. 

Kat is our Scheduling Coordinator for the Beaver Dam office.

Kat has almost 15 years of experience working with seniors. She started off as a caregiver for her parents immediately after graduating from UW- La Crosse with a B.S in Philosophy and English. Together they navigated through medication issues, health concerns and management of Alzheimer's. When the level of care became too great the family brought in an agency like Home Instead to help. That was when Kat moved to caregiving as a profession. She started out as a CAREgiver in a franchise in Illinois. She and her husband moved to Wisconsin in 2014 and she joined the Beaver Dam office as a CAREgiver for 4 years before accepting a position to hone her scheduling skills. She is now back "Home" again and ready and willing to help out wherever needed.

Kat ironically spends a lot of quality time with her 2 cats and her husband, Jose. They dabble in culinary arts with a focus on locally produced goods and love spending time in the community experiencing all the region has to offer.

Toni is the Administrative Assistant with Home Instead. She previously worked as an office manager for an alternative healthcare office. She has more than 7 years' experience in business administration and staff training and development.  Toni over sees the recruitment and onboarding process for our office. She has a passion for helping individuals to succeed in their career paths. Her positive energy is contagious and is an advocate for the Care Pro position. Toni has learned a lot about what it means to live a Home Instead life, and what a difference makes when we say, “To Us It’s Personal”.

In her free time Toni enjoys exploring the great outdoors; camping, kayaking, rock climbing and mountain biking. She often enjoys bringing her cat Tiki along on her adventures. The two of them have camped on Madelyn Island taking the opportunity to climb on the cliff sides and explore the sandy beaches. Toni also enjoys caring for her many house plants, creating macrame and embroidery designs, and spending time with her family.
