Meet Our Team
Michael Neupauer, Franchise Owner/ President

Michael Neupauer, Franchise Owner/ President

Michael possesses more than 30 years of business experience in Health Care and Finance. He holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance/ Pre-Law from Indiana University of PA. He and his mother, Patty, founded the local Home Instead office in February 2005. Since then, the office has helped hundreds of seniors and positively impacted the lives of thousands more. Mike has been active in the community; serving three terms on the Ellwood City Area School Board; Past President of the Ellwood City Amateur Baseball Federation and the Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce; and a board member of the Ellwood City Area Family Center. Home Instead is a proud member of the Ellwood City and Greenville Area Chambers of Commerce. He is happily married to his wife, Sheila, and is the proud father of their two children, Dia and Nicholas.

Lisa p

Lisa Power, Service Manager

Lisa joined the Home Instead team in 2011 as the Administrative Assistant. In the ensuing years Lisa has served in the role of Scheduling Coordinator and Retention Coordinator, before being named Service Manager in 2017. As Service Manager, Lisa is responsible for managing the scheduling department, as well as the recruitment and retention of our Care Professionals. Lisa is happily married to her husband, Chris, and is the proud mother of her three children - Zach, Abby, and Megan. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Amy Pisano - Administrative Assistant

Amy Pisano, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Amy is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding outstanding Care Professionals to provide the highest quality service to our clients. She also manages our telephony system and online learning program, assists with invoicing and payroll, and coordinates our VA billing and collections.

Amy was a Care Professional with Home Instead for three years before joining the office staff in January of 2019 as the Administrative Assistant. She has Bachelor Degrees in Chemistry and Music from Lycoming College. She has been married to her husband Tom for 17 years. They have two children, Grace and Olivia. 

Pam Watterson - Scheduling Coordinator

Pam Watterson, Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinators perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. The Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for scheduling clients and Care Professionals in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

After spending twenty years working as an Administrative Assistant in Academia, Pam joined Home Instead in 2016 as the Scheduling Coordinator. Pam went back to school as an adult and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management in 2014. She is the proud mom of three adult children, two cats and has 3 "grand dogs and two grand cats." In her spare-time she loves spending time with her family and also enjoys scrapbooking and supporting the local Pittsburgh sports teams (Pirates, Penguins and Steelers).

Rikki Mravintz, Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/Care Professional introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. They use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client's needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention.

After years of experience working in direct care for individuals with mental and physical disabilities and in customer service. Rikki joined the staff at Home Instead in April of 2017. Outside of work, Rikki enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married and has three children.

Kayla Book – Client Care Coordinator

Kayla Book, Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/Care Professional introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. They use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client's needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention.

Kayla had previously worked in direct care for individuals with mental and physical disabilities for 12 years. She joined our team at Home Instead in May of 2019. She lives in Ellwood City, where she is raising her three children. She enjoys supporting local small businesses and participating in charitable events. In her spare time, she enjoys taking Les Mills group fitness classes and spending time with her kids, whether it's a family movie night or attending one of their sporting events.
