Nancy Barboza is our Standing Ovation Care Pro for March 2024.
Nancy has a quiet demeanor which helps to put our clients at ease. Nancy brings peace of mind to both the client and client’s family. Nancy is open, honest, and professional. Her docile personality helps to establish trust with the client and client’s family.
Nancy is an active listener. Her listening skills help her to better assist our clients with their needs. Nancy has a gentle way of encouraging our clients to do what is best for them in this vulnerable time of their life. She ensures our client feels a part of the plan of care.
Nancy has good communication skills she makes sure the office is informed of any pertinent information. Nancy helps our clients to feel safe and independent in their home. Blessings!

2022 Care Pro of the Year: Linda Tiberke
Linda joined our Team of Professional Caregivers in September 2013.
Linda has a passion for caring for others, when she came to Home Instead Senior Care in 2013, we knew immediately that Linda was going to be a wonderful Care Pro and that she had come to the right place. Linda is kind, caring, compassionate, and she’s always dependable. When Linda goes to our client’s home, she makes sure that her mind-set and attitude are in the right place. Linda makes sure that the client knows that she is there to help make their day a better day. Linda builds good relationships with our clients, client’s families, staff, coworkers, and medical professionals. Linda is always ready and willing to help our clients in whatever the need may be. Linda has cared for our clients in the early stages when all they need is transportation and our clients that need a higher skill of care. Linda is a joy to be around she always makes everyone feel special.
