Q4 2023 CPoQ - Jen

Jenifer comes to Home Instead from Texas with an extensive background in caregiving. She has experience in settings that include home health, nursing homes and private care. She received her CNA at a children’s hospital in Texas. She is a proud mother, grandmother, and advocate for everyone she cares for, including animals. Jen is an avid dog lover with three great danes who she travels with everywhere. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains.

Jen is very well versed and skilled in working with clients with various needs. Her knowledge base of alzheimer’s & dementia, personal care, daily companionship etc. have helped her work with many difficult clients throughout her 9 months with Home Instead. She is continuously praised by clients and their families alike for her hard work and dedication.

For the last 10 months, Lee has proven to be such a valuable asset to the Home Instead team. Before coming to Home Instead, he worked on a cruise ship as a piano player. Lee loved being able to perform and form great connections with people. Outside of work, he loves to do anything involving music. Whether it’s playing, listening, or singing, he’s excited about it. He utilizes those interpersonal skills he built over the years to bond with our clients and their families. Anyone who meets Lee can see that he is a genuine, and caring man with an infectious personality and a lot to offer. We have chosen Deb E. to be our 2023 Q1 Care Professional! She is a transfer from a Home Instead in Florida and has been a valued Care Pro with us for over a year. She is an avid hiker and enjoys skating (both roller and ice), watching movies and doing puzzles. Deb has been an amazing addition to our Home Instead family. With over 15 years of experience, Deb leads with a positive attitude, puts her client’s needs first, and is a wonderful communicator. Her ability to make a connection with clients and their families is admirable.
