Meet Our Team

Jared and Erica Wagner are the Owners of the Home Instead located in Castle Rock, Colorado. This Home Instead covers Clear Creek, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park and Summit counties in Colorado. 

Jared and Erica come from a background of strong work ethic. Both met in Colorado after moving here from the mid-west. Jared has a long history in operations working years in supply chain and logistics. Erica is a Registered Dietitian and worked in hospitals throughout the Denver area and years with a Home Health company in Northern Colorado. 

During their free time they love spending time with their two little kids, Grayson who is 5 years old and Lennon who is 3. Of course, it wouldn't be right to not mention their "first born" chocolate lab named Charlie. 

Both coming from small towns, they know the importance of taking care of those around you. They currently reside in Castle Rock, Colorado and feel it is important to live within the community they serve. 

Arianna is committed to improving the lives of others and has found working with the senior population to be deeply rewarding. She is from Springfield, Missouri, where she graduated from Drury University with a degree in Clinical & Behavioral Neuroscience. Arianna started as a Caregiver Experience Coordinator, hiring and training care professionals. She now loves the challenge of growing the company and the fulfillment from supporting all the people involved. She has a soft spot in her heart for seniors, particularly those with dementia, because of her own grandparents’ experience with Alzheimer’s. Arianna loves adventures and staying active, spending her free time exploring the mountains or traveling to see family and friends. At home, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her beloved Bernedoodle, Sora.

 

Hana moved to Colorado in 2002. She is from Czech Republic. Hana found her passion for helping people of different ages many years ago. She started out working with children with special needs. In 2021, she joined the Home Instead team as a Care Professional and was moved into the office just a few months later. She worked as a Training Coordinator for several years before transitioning into the Client Care Manager role. Hana is passionate about helping people, building relationships, and ensuring our clients and their families receive the resources they need to thrive during older adulthood. Hana enjoys being active and doing anything outdoors!    

Colorado native, Vanessa Dyer, has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and several years of human resource experience. She adores her teenage daughter, husband, three dogs, and two cats. Vanessa and her husband are foodies and enjoy sipping at the local micro-breweries. She has a passion for humor, people, animals, and their wellbeing.

 

Lisa is a mother to seven children, Grandmother to six. She is an author, likes to kettlebell, and country dances twice a week. She got into home care after caring for her mother through Alzheimer’s and is happy to be a scheduler for Home Instead.

 

 

Juleah recently relocated to Colorado from Virginia Beach, VA in October 2023 with her family.  She has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of seniors daily, beginning her career as a CNA in a Memory Care Community.  Aspiring to continually give back, she graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She is the mother of two and enjoys spending time with her adult children and parents in her spare time. You can find her outdoors exploring when the weather is nice.  

Andrea was born and raised in Boston, MA. She has been married 28 years and has 4 beautiful kids. She became a Care Professional in 2016 because she felt she could make a difference for those in need. While working for Home Instead in Massachusetts, she felt compelled to continue working with the company. Her husband received a promotion in 2022, and they moved to Colorado. Fortunately, she was able to transfer to the Castle Rock office and continued working as a Care Professional. In 2023, she was moved into the office to share her knowledge with others. As the Training and Engagement Coordinator, she prepares Care Pros to provide high quality service and is an integral part of our employee experience. 

Kanoi started with Home Instead as a Caregiver in 2011 with a steady client for about 2 years. Kanoi was then offered the On-Call Support position to provide help to both our clients and Care Professionals during off hours. She enjoys this position as it still allows her to utilize her knowledge of the healthcare field as well as an understanding of what Caregivers experience while working in the field. Kanoi’s grandmother began living with her family and grew Kanoi’s soft heart for seniors. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her 3 boys and husband.
