I enjoy working for Home Instead for a lot of reasons. First, I really believe in the primary mission of helping our Seniors continue to live in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. That is very important and a comfort to many folks. Secondly, we are extremely fortunate to work with a well-trained, well-organized, professional, and caring office staff; as well as great co-workers. We work well together. If and when issues arise, either personal or client related; our office staff is excellent help in dealing with the issue. I also like that Home Instead provides, indeed requires, training for employees. This aids employees in performing their jobs as well as our clients. Lastly, I like that Home Instead provides health insurance and a savings plan for those who are interested.

I've been working for Home Instead for a couple of months and I absolutely love working here. Everyone Ive met so far have been absolutely amazing. Its such a rewarding feeling knowing that you can help put a smile on your consumers face just by spending time with them. I love sitting and talking with them hearing stories and seeing photos of their past life experiences. Assisting them with what they need but not taking away from theirindependence. They truly become like a second family to you.
