Ariel has taken her time to get to know our resident and provide exceptional care. I feel safe leaving Ariel in the care of our residents and has been an asset to have her in the builing, especially in emergency situations. Home Instead has allowed our residents to maintain in the comfort of their own home, while maintaining safety, autonomy, and independence.
Home instead has been a heaven sent Ariel has been helping us for almost a year now. She is very good at her job and has caught medication errors from our pharmacy. She always ensures care plans are up to date. She has made a huge impact in our lives

Home Instead Guelph was a Godsent to my family. My mother in law Joyce of 102 years lives in assisted living. She recently fell & cracked her dominant wrist & a few ribs. This meant she was unable to care for herself, bath, feed , dress , toilet etc. I called Home Instead & they came to assess & organized quality care with hours. Very Impressive & comforting to know we have a life line for the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Over the last several Months Ariel P. RPN Supervisor has been an active part of our community. As the Engagement Coordinator at Heritage Meadows, I have observed Ariel interact with our resident with nothing but kindness and compassion since July. Ariel is who we recommend when home care services are needed. She is more than capable of managing client care profile which can involve but not limited to, AM or PM assistance, Laundry, Companionship and Medication Management. Home Instead allows clients to age safely within the place they call home.

Here is a review they have written: It is a beautiful thing when someone comes into your apartment with a cheerful countenance. We have been fortunate to have workers for Home Instead providing care in a wonderful way. My husband was resistant to begin with, but each worker has attempted to get to know him and what he values, and gives care to his body in a cheery, pleasant way. Ariel introduced us to this company in a very professional manner. She not only is willing to provide care for my husband but support for me and general uplifting to our lives. In this retirement home, many people are adapting to failing bodies. Attention to the bodily needs is so enhanced when there is personal connection.
When we reached out to Home Instead, Larissa and Karen promptly met with us to assess what we needed. They were very accommodating. One of the main caregivers, caring for our family member stood out in a very positive way. Ariel is very attentive and engaging with her clients and shows a great deal of compassion and patience towards them. Maria felt very comfortable and well-cared for by Ariel, who in our opinion always went above and beyond in the care of her clients. You can tell that Ariel “loves” what she does. High Five Ariel! Uthman and Wendy were a blessing during the 2 weeks my dad was at home before going back into the hospital. They both were compassionate, caring and made my dad very comfortable during the last few weeks of his life. They also kept my mom company who was my dads main care giver for the past 2 years. I would highly recommend this home care company.
I cannot say enough about Home Instead. Our father has stage 5 cancer and during treatment fell at home. Unfortunately he was no longer able to stay at his residence. After a day of search we came across Home Instead. We met the next day, they listened to our situation and immediately arranged for a consultation with my brother and I and our dad. They professional and respectfully assessed our needs and prepared a 24 hour care plan with in hours! While our father can be a little abrupt at 86 years of age, the staff showed an exceptional level of professionalism and care. We would like to deeply thank Larissa, Karen, Daryl and the rest of the Home Instead Staff for their help in our time of need.
Recently started this program for my mom who has Dementia, Heather her caregiver is fantastic. She engages my mom in lively conversations, goes on walks and has even made apple sauce with her from apples picked from our property! My mom looks forward to Heather’s visits, she knows she will come at 9am and gets up on her own and gets herself ready for the day. Great help for me so I can rest assured mom is well taken care of when I’m not around. Thank you Home Instead!!!!
