Meet Our Team

Acacia is an Abilene transplant since 2015. She was born and raised in Ft. Worth, TX. Her career with Home Instead started in December of 2015, where she held a variety of positions with the last as a General Manager. In January of 2021, she had an amazing opportunity to work for Home Instead Global Headquarters. She started out as a Business Performance Coach and then moved to Franchise Operations for the corporately owned franchises for the last year. Her goal when she started this journey with Home Instead was to buy a franchise. August of this year, she was given an opportunity that she could not pass up. Abilene Home Instead has been her home since she first moved here. She has made so many amazing relationships over the years. Acacia is excited to come back to the franchise that she loves so much. Through all of her experiences, she learned that her greatest strength has always been the people around her, her honor to God and the desire to help people grow and fulfill their dreams professionally. She has always admired the selfless act of Care Professionals, and humbled to meet the needs of each senior in their journey/season of aging.  

Even though running a business doesn't leave a lot of free time, she still makes room for her passions; 3 beautiful kids, high school football games, painting, gardening and more.

Jason grew up in Southern Louisiana, and decided to enlist in the armed services somewhere around my sophomore year of High School. He shipped out to San Diego, California for Marine Corp Bootcamp days after his High School graduation, and was assigned to Camp LeJeune North Carolina. Jason saw many places during his enlistment, and even spent some time in the Middle East. After fulfilling his obligation to the Military, he moved to East Texas and started a family. Jason held jobs in various industries after the military; Retail, Manufacturing, Production, Firefighting/ EMS, Oil & Gas, Railroad, and Nursing. Jason graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration. He left Hendrick Medical Center after eight years as a Cardiac Cath lab Nurse to join his wife in making their dreams come true. Their dream is to empower individuals with the opportunity to age in place and to increase their quality of life while doing so.

Julie is originally from Dallas, Texas but has followed her husband to other states during his 20 year Air Force career until they landed in Abilene, Texas permanently.

Julie came to Home Instead in 2019 bringing her 22 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing field along with her passion for educating our community on their options for assistance while striving to continue live independently.

Struggling through a personal journey of her own with a beloved family member, she realized how important it is to know the options before and if that time arises for the need to know.

Her love for people energize her and you will know it when you meet her.

Samantha traveled a lot as a military child and then married into the miliary. She just recently moved to Abilene from Tacoma, WA.

Samantha has worked in the healthcare industry since she was 16 years old and knew then that it was her passion. She loves discovering new ways she can assist our community while bringing her experience to the forefront.

She enjoys time with her husband & son while adventuring to see what the world has to offer. She loves to entertain herself with video games, tending to her plants and moving her feet to the music.

Jayson recently moved to Abilene after serving 21 years in the United States Air Force. He has 20 years of experience in scheduling personnel but with a focus on the operations side of scheduling.

Jayson is excited to serve out his passion for leading through servant leadership in his position here, and we are blessed that he chose Home Instead as the place to do his service.

He is married to the love of my life and a dad to 3 very creative and unique kids. Jayson says his family is always ready for an adventure or to try something new. So, prepared or not, welcome to our family here, Jayson!

Stacie comes to Home Instead bringing over 23 years CNA experience. Stacie was born and raised in Abilene, Texas and now lives in Eula with her husband and 3 children.

She received most of her CNA experiences at Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities and also, cared for both of her grandmothers before they passed.

Stacie brings compassion and dedication along with her skill to Home Instead and we are so grateful she is part of our amazing team here at Home Instead.
