We have had great success with Home Instead! We made one phone call and Klay met with us right away! We love our Care Pros. Johanna has been with our family since we started and we love her! She takes very good care of our mom, and helps with household chores. We also love having Ace as our backup! He's very attentive with our mom as well. Both care pros are extremely reliable, respectful, and most importantly our mom is very happy with them! Jessica, our care manager, is great too! She's very knowledgable and communicates very well! It's helpful that she comes to see us monthly to make sure all of our mom's needs are met and that her care plan stays updated. Home Instead has made a tough situation easier.

My 84-yr old Mother has been part of the Home Instead family for almost 2 years. She has felt very comfortable having a Care Pro in her home 4 days a week. She always managed to develop a special bond with any Home Instead Care Pro she was assigned. Sara was Mom's most recent Care Pro and was excellent at her job. She was very kind and attentive to my Mother, always ensuring Mom was relaxed and enjoying her day. My Mother was so pleased that Sara would come right in and start her work routine without any prompting or reminding her of what needed to be done. Sara has a very kind soul and because I live out of state; I feel Blessed that she was placed in my Mother's home during her time of senior dependency. I Have and Will continue to highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs an extra hand for themselves or for a loved one. I hope they will be honored with a lovely lady like our "Sara."

My 86-year old Mother was a patient of Home Instead while a patient at Kemper House of Worthington, Ohio. I do not think I have enough typing space to describe the phenomenal care she received from the caregivers of Home Instead. The personnel of Home Instead came to our 'rescue' within a few hours' notice and they were with her 24/7 for the week prior to her death. The caregivers were so giving, attentive, caring, thoughtful, respectful of her, and genuinely was concerned about her well being. The caregivers would talk to her, make sure she was comfortable in every fashion, be watchful of her during all hours, and listen to our concerns as a family. Having this paramount level of care gave me great peace of mind and I did not have to worry about her when I was not with her. Thank You Home Instead - Gretta is now at peace, but you made her final journal the best. Thank you again, Jamie and family.

Both of my nonagenarian parents were cared for by Home Instead caregivers. I could completely trust the quality of care from them even in my absence. They and the office team made sure all shifts were covered in the event a regular caregiver was out. The thoughtfulness of the caregivers to think up activities and resources was quite noteable. Home Instead has a team of dedicated people. I highly recommend this organization.

Finding the right care provider for your family member can be very stressful. Home Instead was wonderful to work with and made the process so much easier for our family. I used them for my mother-in-law after a stroke and we are currently using them for our father with dementia. The care providers and everyone that is part of their team treated us like family and are always attentive, understanding and professional.

Our family is very appreciative to Klay, Jess and the entire team at Home Instead (Gahanna) for the care they provided to our mother. We were so fortunate to have Taylor and Marie as our care providers. They were reliable, and most importantly, dedicated to keeping our mother safe, comfortable and happy.
I'm using Home Instead. Tammy, my caregiver, is the greatest. She anticipates my every need and takes care of everything that there is to do. They provide caregiving. She takes me to doctors' appointments and takes me to the VA to get whatever I may need with them. She will also do some grocery shopping and she goes to a local cafeteria and gets me food. I live alone and I don't drive, and she comes here five days a week.
I've been using Home Instead for almost a couple of years now. Their service is good. They try to take care of me, fix my meals, run the sweeper, do the washing, and mop the floors. I'm using them seven days a week. Scheduling is good. The billing system is fine. I get the bill every two weeks. My caretaker, Regina, is very, very good, and I would recommend her to anybody.

Linda has been in our home assisting my wife (dementia) for about three months…and she is fantastic! She is always positive, compassionate, and empathetic. She also helps with meals and housework. I do not know what I’d do without her help.
