I signed on about 2 years ago; I was 90 years old at the time. I hired Home Instead to sit with me as a companion while I was in the hospital. When I returned home, I was unable to take care of myself. I needed help bathing, dressing, cooking, everything. I had around the clock care through Home Instead for about 4 weeks. As I improved, I cut my care down to just a few days a week and have kept the schedule ever since.

I remember everyone being very nice and professional when I signed on for care. It made me feel very comfortable. I was so relieved and happy that I could get some caring people to come in and help me.

Whenever I call the office, I am always able to get to the person I need to speak with. Everyone is always so kind and works hard to make sure my needs are being met. The communication is great and the quality of caregivers is excellent.

I have two: Sandra and Leslie. Sandra is one in a million. She always knows what to do, is very caring and has a great personality. She even helped me set up my sewing machine so that I could make masks to send to my family. Leslie is an absolute jewel. I have nothing but praise for her. They are both so friendly, professional, and understanding.
