Maurine A: Service Coordinator Maurine joined Home Instead in February of 2006. Involved in all aspects of the business, Maurine is the valuable Initial point of contact for inquiries on service and maintains that contact once service has begun. Lisa B: Staff Coordinator Lisa joined the Home Instead Team in the Fall of 2008. Lisa manages scheduling for existing clients. CAREGivers should call her to discuss changes to schedules due to change in availability, holidays, service changes, etc.. Lisa strives to find the perfect match between client and CAREGiver. Lisa, a PSW, joined the Home Instead Team in April of 2010. With almost 20 years in the health care field, Lisa is the perfect choice for representing Home Instead in the field visiting clients and CAREGivers. Lisa establishes and monitors Care Plans for clients. Karen T: Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
Karen, who joined the office in June 2010, is a trained nurse and has worked in the Ottawa area as a PSW. The RRC is the advocate of the CAREGivers, working with them from the initial interview through the various stages of training. Lesley Sullivan: Owner As owner, Lesley has been involved in all decisions pertaining to the business. Client and CAREGivers may call Lesley for any questions on invoices or payroll. Lesley is also prime on promotional ideas, such as Be a Santa to a Senior. Mark Sullivan: ext. 115, or ext. 215 for urgent calls. Owner As owner, Mark remains involved in all decisions pertaining to the business. Mark shares duties with Lisa in visiting community contacts, clients and CAREGivers. |
