Days, Evenings - 4, 8, 12 hour shifts - Warren, Logan, Simpson Counties
Caregiver Responsibilities:

Ability to provide lift/transfer assistance as described within the job description; to include operating mechanical lifts.
Willing to work with clients who have cats, dogs, or other pets.
Willing to work with clients and in households who are smokers.
Willing to work with male and female clients.
Willing to provide assistance with all personal care needs as described within the job description.
Must stay in compliance with all certifications and training.
Must follow Lead CP attendance policy and all other company policies and procedures.
Willing to travel across our coverage territory which includes the following counties: Warren, Logan, Simpson, Allen, Barren, Edmonson, Butler, Grayson, Hart, Metcalfe, Monroe.
