Tony and Deonna Barfield, franchise owners, have a passion to help seniors age gracefully and safely at home. Tony lost his mother to Dementia in 2021 and has experienced the intense stress this terrible disease imposes on individuals and their families.
Tony is a retired Air Force veteran and has earned a doctorate degree in Business Leadership and Management. Deonna has been in business operations and home care management for more than 30 years. Together, their vision for Home Instead, Hinesville, is to be the pre-eminent leader in the home care industry as well as the home care employer of choice in the communities we serve.
Kayla has been with Home Instead since 2022 and has established herself as a Lead Care Professional, Service Care Coordinator, and now representing the HR department. She has experience working in the field as a CNA and administrative positions with home care agencies and hospice corporations since 2019. She has earned her associate degree in ECE with honors and currently completing her certification in Medical Front Office Assistant and Administration Specialist, specializing in CMAA and MCBC. When she is not caring for our community, you can find her participating in local events, hiking, camping, canoeing, and collecting rocks with her two young daughters, husband in tow, and their dog.
