Home Instead Senior Care, the World's largest personal care agency, has an opening for a multi-talented Office professional to join our team!
Our agency is growing quickly, and we need an experienced professional who will grow with us. The primary role will be scheduling home health aides per our client's shift needs. The successful candidate will also be willing and able (per their experience) to help in other areas of agency operations (including using many different technology systems, caregiver document management, client services, and general office administration). We will only consider true team players who are composed, smart, self starters, problem solvers, and think logically and logistically to make good decisions very quickly. Full references and background checking will be conducted.
You must enjoy working in the "senior space" as our mission is to serve seniors in our communities who can no longer fully take care of themselves. If you have a "heart" for this kind of work, you will LOVE this job.
Requirements:
- Prior Home Health Agency Office experience
- College degree or equivalent home heath agency office management experience
- Strong computer, technology and general office skills (you must have experience working in a cloud-based document mgt solution such as Google Drive, MS OneDrive, or comparable), CRM (such as Salesforce.com)
- Enthusiastic, professional and clear verbal communications, and
- Maturity and composure to effectively solve both client and home health aide problems and concerns
