Jarrod Shipley - Care Manager
Jarrod is our Care Manager. He cares for each and every client that we have. Jarrod has been in service to others for close to 25 years. He understands the importance of listening and developing relationships.
Jarrod has firsthand experience as to the importance of caregiving and how that can bring vital support to a family. He wants to be able to provide that same support to all our Home Instead clients.
Jarrod is an avid Chiefs fan.
Jennifer Cope - Recruiting Coordinator
Jennifer is a mother of five beautiful children and three grandchildren and so far. She has worked for over 25 years in different small businesses, having owned a beauty supply store, drive thru espresso, restaurant, sandwich shop, and even an organic vegetable farm.
She loves that she gets to help people from all walks of life in this position. She has prior experience as a hospice care provider, so she understands how to find great caregivers.
She is passionate about family, people and God.
JoAnn Hakola - Office Coordinator
If you call the office, you will most likely speak with JoAnn on the phone. She is our office coordinator, responsible for all things billing, payroll, and compliance. She loves multi-tasking and helping people to find a solution to their questions.
She chose to work at Home Instead because she believes that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect no matter their age. For JoAnn, Home Instead is personal.
When JoAnn is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her four daughters, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She also loves to garden and travel.
