Their caretaker literally became like family and did a wonderful job meeting all of their needs while she was at their home. I would highly recommend the services of Home Instead, we always had a great experience with the care, the scheduling and the billing process while we used their services. My dad used them in Dunn and when he moved to another city I wish I could have continued to use their services but it was too far away.

Rebecca Putnam has been with my mother for 2+ years since we first started using Home Instead after her broken hip. She has been very supportive of my mother through the death of my father and my mother's move closer to me.
She takes very good care of her and can read her moods and help keep her calm. She loves to provide different meals and often brings Mom small gifts of food, magazines, puzzles, etc to keep her active.
As Mom continues to slowly go downhill and become forgetful, it is very helpful to have the consistency of Rebecca's care.

My husband Robert and I have found ourselves in need of assistance and signed up with Home Instead. We have had awesome care from Takisha and Carla! they’re both amazing caring individuals and take care of my husband and I as if we were their family. Thank you ladies so much!

When my 81 year old mother fell and broke her hip, we were suddenly in need of some in home care for her. Home Instead came to the rescue. In times when there was a shortage of caregivers, they were able to assist us right away. They helped with hygiene, dressing, and simple food prep. They also encouraged her to do her exercises and keep moving. They even took good care of Mom's elderly dog. Being the only daughter in town, they were a huge help to me as well. Thanks Home Instead!
