Last weekend we had the pleasure of engaging with the community at the City of Glendale Annual Health and Wellness Fair in Glendale, AZ. The West Valley Health and Wellness Expo brought together individuals and companies dedicated to transforming our approach to health and well-being. This expo provided a valuable opportunity for people to connect with experts and learn from the forefront of the well-being industry with a focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle both at home and at work.
