We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and maintaining efficient operations within our organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal staffing levels.
- Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Monitor and adjust schedules based on employee availability, workload, and operational needs.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, absences, and leave requests.
- Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling and staffing.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on staffing and scheduling activities.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
