At Home Instead®, our success revolves around our CAREGiversâ„  – and we know it! We celebrate CAREGivers year-round in many ways: a note of appreciation, recognition in our employee newsletter, perhaps an impromptu office party.

Stephanie Dufour, 2020 CAREGiver of the 3rd Quarter

If you are needing a pick me up, Steph is your go-to CAREGiver. She is a mountain of sunshine and always makes everyone in the room feel loved and at ease. Her inspiring and selfless spirit is contagious, and her dedication to her clients cannot be matched. Thank you, Steph, for your commitment to care and for treating all clients as your own family!

Mary Luopa, 2020 CAREGiver of the 1st Quarter

Mary instills everything that is Home Instead. Her heart, compassion and dedication are only a few words that describe the type of person and CAREGiver she is. Mary has never missed a shift and is quick to answer the call when needed. We are extremely blessed to have Mary as part of our team and know our clients feel the same way. We love you Mary and thank you for setting the bar so high.

Patricia Graff, 2020 CAREGiver of the 2nd Quarter

Patricia consistently goes above and beyond and has a heart of gold. Her genuine care and compassion is truly contagious and is felt among all her clients as well as the office team. A recent example, one of her client’s had an emergency at 10:30 at night, and requested she come to provide overnight care. A quick call to Patricia, and she was there was there without hesitation. Grateful seems like an understatement, we truly are honored to have Patricia as part of the Home Instead family.

Home Instead CAREGiver of the Year Award

CAREGiver appreciation is baked into our DNA. We sincerely value the passion and talent each CAREGiver brings to our mission day in and day out.

To thank our CAREGivers for all the amazing things they do, we nominate a person for our national Mary Steibel CAREGiver of the Year award. It’s a small way to show how thankful we are to them for demonstrating compassion and exceptional care to the seniors and families they serve.

2020 CAREGiver of the Year: Maria “Dani” F.

“When I have a client, I always put myself in their place. I take care of them the way I want to be taken care of or the way I’ve cared for my family. Everything I’ve gone through in my life – losing mom and dad, losing my husband – this job gives me strength to keep going and lets me know that life is truly worth living,” said Maria.
