​​​Our team of CAREGiver Ambassadors are here to respond to urgent needs that may arise day or night. There are a variety of situations in which our CAREGiver Ambassadors help us ensure the upmost quality of care and responsiveness. On any given day a CAREGiver may experience an emergency and be unable to make it to their client's home. In this case we deploy our CAREGiver Ambassador to arrive on time to ensure the client never goes without care. In addition, they assist our CAREGivers with extra support in the home when a client has a particularly challenging day. We are grateful for our CAREGiver Ambassadors and the vital role they play as members of our team.

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University. Brad is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed nursing home administrator in Kentucky and Florida. He purchased his first franchise in Bowling Green, Kentucky, in 2002, and has since purchased multiple Home Instead franchises across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Lexis is one in 21 siblings, born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. At a young age, Lexis cared for her mother who battled with kidney failure which resulted in dialysis. In 2016, her mother passed away at which time Lexis realized she wanted to do more with her life and care for others. She then started caring for her grandmother and constantly heard from others that she should be a Professional CAREGiver since she was a natural at it. Lexis took that advice and became a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver in 2020 and was quickly promoted to On Call Supervisor. She believes that she did not choose Home Instead Senior Care, but that Home Instead chose her and she is grateful for the opportunities that she has been given. She hopes to continue to grow with the company and follow the path that God has laid out for her.

Ron was born and raised in the Middle Tennessee area. He has lived in several different states but always comes back to his hometown of Greenbrier.  Ron graduated from Nossi College of Art after studying Graphic Art and Design, and now he and his wife are getting used to being empty nesters now that his 3 beautiful are grown. In 2007, he became the Pastoral counselor and curriculum teacher for an addiction rehab program. Ron loved watching people thrive as they achieved their goals and succeeded with a little help and encouragement. Ron also has a BA in Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University and is a clinical member of the National Christian Counselors Association. Ron has always enjoyed helping others and started sharing that love of helping with Home Instead Senior Care when he became a Professional CAREGiver in 2016. He is now the Professional CAREGiver Development specialist, as well as continuing as a Professional CAREGiver, and training all new hires to be successful in their careers with Home Instead Senior Care.

​Jada started her career with Home Instead as a professional CAREGiver in April 2018. Jada has lived in the Robertson County area for the last 16 years with her husband and two kids. While taking care of her grandmother, she realized how much she enjoyed spending time with seniors and helping them. In October 2018, Jada became the Client Care Coordinator for the Goodlettsville office, and then moved to Director of Client Care in October 2019. She is looking forward to positively enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.

Cassandra Fogarty grew up in Southeastern Minnesota and began working with adults with special needs in 2010. Cassandra moved to Goodlettsville in the summer of 2018 and began working with Home Instead as a Professional CAREGiver. She was promoted to Client Services Coordinator in October of 2018, ensuring that all clients’ scheduling needs are met. In March of 2019, Cassandra was promoted again, becoming the Director of Client Services. When Cassy was asked why she enjoyed Home Instead, she replied “I truly enjoy meeting and getting to know all of our clients and Professional CAREGivers, while making a difference in our community.” When she is not at work, she enjoys exploring Goodlettsville and surrounding areas, as well as trying new things.

Callie is a Tennessee native. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in marketing from Belmont University, where she received a full scholarship. She lives with her husband and daughter in Portland, Tennessee, where she enjoy gardening, cooking, volunteering, and play dates with her daughter. Callie worked in the corporate sector before becoming a private caregiver in 2010. After being a caregiver and feeling blessed to be able to help others on a daily basis, Callie no longer had a passion for the corporate world. Callie began her career with Home Instead as a Professional CAREGiver and quickly feel in love with her role. Though it was a hard decision for her, Callie transitioned into the office as Professional CAREGiver Development Specialist and On Call Supervisor in January 2020, and then to Director of Human Resources in June 2020. Callie's goal is to empower all current Professional CAREGivers through ongoing training to ensure their continued success. She looks forward to a long career with her new Home Instead Senior Care family.

​Carla is a lifelong Tennessean. She grew up in Madison and now lives in Goodlettsville with her husband, daughter and granddaughter. Carla has been a caregiver most of her adult life, caring for her mother with dementia, and her granddaughter who was born 3 months premature. Carla worked for a local chiropractor for 25 years and transitioned to Home Instead in September of 2018. Carla earned the title of Professional CAREGiver of the Year for 2019 and was promoted to Client Care Coordinator in June of 2020. Carla loves that she is making a difference in the lives of seniors in the community and is looking forward to continuing her journey with Home Instead for many years.

​Miranda was born in Georgia, but moved to Nashville at an early age. She has been in Middle Tennessee most of her life. She attended Welch College and there discovered her love of painting and cooking, which is what she spends most of her free time doing when she isn't writing. When Miranda was 21, her grandmother with MS took a turn for the worse and she moved in with her and her grandfather to become their full-time caregiver. When her grandmother passed away in November of 2019, Miranda returned to the restaurant industry, but soon realized she wanted to be doing something more fulfilling. She found Home Instead and fell in love with the company being a Professional Caregiver. She transitioned to the office in July 2020 as the Caregiver Development Specialist, where she trains all incoming Professional CAREGivers. Miranda's goal with Home Instead is to empower other Professional CAREgivers to provide the very best care they can to our seniors and help people find meaningful careers at Home Instead.

"Home Instead is personal to me because it allows me the opportunity to ensure others' happiness. Since 2004 I have been working with Home Instead clients and their families to coordinate, manage and facilitate the highest quality care possible, while maintaining the senior’s wishes to remain at home and as independent as possible. To work with clients and their families on such a personal level feels much more like a calling than a profession."

Amanda began her tenure with Home Instead as a CAREGiver in 2004. She has served in various administrative roles helping clients and their families in multiple capacities becoming a true expert in senior care. She transitioned to the Regional Team in 2017 as the Home Care Specialist, where she currently assist individuals inquiring about our care and payment options. Amanda also enjoys time with her husband and two sons – whether is at sports, traveling to new places or just enjoying a relaxing weekend at home. It is truly her pleasure to assist with families in finding a trusted provider and seeing them delighted with their Professional CAREGiver.
