Excellent care, superbly organized, highly responsive. Deciding on and organizing care for your loved one is one of the most difficult things. There are so many questions, concerns, and emotions and the run deep. When it’s time, call Home Instead. They can walk you through your needs and the process. Once you are with them you will feel confident your loved one will be cared for like family. Our needs rapidly evolved from hours to half days, to full time care. These flexibility needs were meet as fast as they changed. The care providers were top notch. They showed compassion for our family beyond a job description and for the entire family, not just the person care form. They were able to satisfy our critically discerning family, friends, and loved one. Our loved one was comfortable and retained their dignity through their declining status because of Home Instead.

Home Instead helped us with a family emergency as both of my parents unexpectedly developed life threatening health issues at the same time. My mother was under hospice care and took a sudden turn for the worse. Home Instead ramped up skillful coverage and changing schedules on a daily basis until my mother passed. I thank them for their flexibility as we were going through a crisis. During this time my father was gravely ill in the hospital. His health improved just as my mother's failed. He was discharged and in turn he needed the help of Home Instead. They have sheparded him through rehab and recovery. They have worked hard to help him establish stability in his home since my mother's passing. He is now able take control of his life again. Thanks for all of the help through all of these transitions in our lives.

Home Instead took very good care of my spouse, and indirectly, of me too, for several months. The office staff were always helpful, friendly and accommodating of our needs, even when last minute changes were necessary. And the caregivers were professional, good at their job and caring, and were helpful with whatever was needed. Polly the Caregiver Coordinator was fantastic!! She made our days brighter, whether on the phone, or in person, which we always enjoyed! I highly recommend Home Instead Sun City.

We hired Home Instead to help my father transition when he came home on hospice. Our goal was to get assistance with his care so we could lift the burden off my mother: she had been his caregiver for the last few months and the last thing we wanted was to take time away from her just being by his side in his final days. And Home Instead and the wonderful caregivers we met over that 5 days, gave our family the opportunity to do that. They were respectful and supportive. They knew when to step in and when to fade into the background so we could be together as a family. Polly was our main point of contact and we couldn’t have asked for a kinder soul to help us on this journey. We also had Val with us multiple times and was such a joy: a very kind compassionate person. We also loved working with Nona: she was our overnight nurse one night and she was patient and kind enough to talk to my father for several hours when he woke up. We highly recommend Home Instead for anyone looking for help with a sick, injured or hospice patient. Thank you to everyone we encountered for helping us provide a beautiful environment of love and support to send our beloved husband, father, and Papa home.

Long story short, my grandmother lived in Sun City with no family near by for many years (she was 102). In May, she had a fall that landed her in the hospital and since she lives at a total independent living facility, we needed to make some plans for when she was released very quickly and I ended up being the once to come to AZ to arrange everything. We did not want her to go into a nursing home and Home Instead was recommended to me as an option as she did need 24/7 care. I called Vicki at Home Instead on a Thursday and the next day Polly was out to assess my grandmother and by the end of the day they had scheduled round the clock care beginning on Monday-pretty amazing. Home instead Care Pros provided compassionate and quality care for her for the next 5 weeks. Polly provided all the coordination including getting hospice on board, training the Care Pros in ways to care for her and assisting me in managing all of this long distance. Most importantly, she guided me through a very difficult process that I had no experience in and had no idea what to do. I wouldn't have made it through without them.
My grandmother was able to spend her last days in her own home with dignity and great care and that wouldn't have been possible without Home Instead.

I was so very happy and pleased with caregiver services provided recently to my elderly Mother. I had to set up care quite quickly and Home Instead was able to start the next day. I had a full week of 24/7 care and each caregiver was well trained, did very well with my Mother; kept her safe, fed and clean. The web portal that they have is awesome so you know who is there at all times and they add notes as to how it is going with your loved one. Each person at Home Instead was professional and very kind not only to my Mother but to me. Thank you Home Instead for your hard work and caring for my Mother.

We recently retained Home Instead to provide caregiving support to my Brother-in-law in Sun City who is recovering from several health setbacks. He needs a lot of help while he is recovering and building strength, but he wanted to stay in his house. We have been traveling from out of state to provide care and we realized he needed some help in Sun City so we could resume our lives back home. We reached out to Home Instead and they answered my call immediately and Crystal came to his house first thing on a Monday. She explained everything and made a convincing argument to use her firm and we immediately retained them. It has been several weeks that Home Instead care givers have been providing care and we are very pleased with all of the staff and care he is getting. They are very professional and are always providing feedback and available for questions. We feel very fortunate to have them helping us with the care for my brother-in-law. We would highly recommend Home Instead in Sun City!!!

The Home Instead staff are gentle, caring and compassionate. They provided personal care and companionship to our mother for 2+ years augmenting the primary care delivered by her son. This allowed her to remain in the comfort of her own home until passing peacefully.
