Alicia S

When High Responsibility is Recognized

Alicia Sunada started her journey as a caregiver in March of 2016. She was hand-picked for a particular set of clients that required a special skill set. Her desire to be highly responsible really shined, not only with the care for these clients, but also when she helped in office with admin tasks. A position for HR assistant became available and Alicia was offered to move fully into the office. By 2019 she became the offices HR manager where she used her skills in organization and problem solving. In 2021 she needed to make some life changes moving from Oregon to Arizona. Because of her history of high responsibility and reliability, her owners in Oregon gave a great referral. Our office in Sun City were thrilled to meet Alicia and place her talent in the role as the REC in November of 2021. What a great addition she has proven to be!

Chosen for her care and devotion

Cayti Yanchewski came to Home Instead in March 2021 as a Care Professional. We quickly realized her potential and offered her the position as Client and Care Professional Lead on our Key Player team. She started working with Client Care in September of 2021. She now serves in a lead role supporting both our newest CAREGivers, supporting open shifts working in the home with clients and visiting with our clients to support a quality experience. She is exceptionally talented in sensing people’s feelings and needs. Cayti was chosen for her care and devotion because she continues to make it her personal responsibility to improve the lives of all clients and their families that we serve. She also makes sure our Care Professionals are supported and aware of their worth within the company!

Kennedy Kolasinski relocated to Arizona from Wisconsin looking to begin a new career. She started with Home Instead in September of 2021 as a CAREGiver. After just a short amount of time caregiving with Home Instead, Kennedy took the next step onto her journey in November of 2021 when she applied for an administrative role in the office. Seeking the opportunity to grow within Home Instead, she was hired as the Service Coordinator! The owners recognized her determination and grit to continue to do more and improve her career. In this role she connects well with caregivers, having just walked in their shoes, and is demonstrating her ongoing dedication and willingness to grow and learn with this growing business!
