Dear Prospective CAREGiver

Thank you for your interest in joining our team as a professional CAREGiver. If you have never been a caregiver before, know that many CAREGivers say it is the most meaningful work they have ever done. Our CAREGivers change the world... one senior's world at a time.

And if you have been a CAREGiver before, know that we are different- in a good way. We know that our CAREGivers are our business and we focus really hard on supporting them. For example, most of our office team started out as CAREGivers, so they understand what it is like in the homes and they have the experience to provide outstanding support. We also make significant investments in training. Did you know that national median for new hire training in our industry is 5 hours? We provide 15-17 hours, plus and additional 5 hours of first aid and CPR training for those that don't have a current certification. Because of this and many other things our CAREGiver satisfaction scores are amongst the best in the industry and typically hover around 90%.

 

We are committed to keeping our clients and CAREGivers as safe as possible during this pandemic. Here are a few things we are doing:

  • We provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Specifically, masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. We also have additional PPE if it is needed. As part of the largest homecare company in the world, our franchisor has secured a reliable source of PPE for us.
  • Mandatory temperature checks before each shift. We provide thermometers.
  • We are not currently accepting new clients with COVID-19.
  • Comprehensive training.
  • CAREGivers answer COVID-19 screening questions each day via the clock in process.
  • New clients go through COVID-19 screening questions.
  • In addition to our traditional paid sick leave policy we have implemented an Emergency Paid Sick Leave policy for COVID-19 with up to two weeks of paid leave.
  • Training has temporarily moved online and in person team meetings have been canceled.
  • As essential healthcare workers our CAREGivers have priority access to the COVID vaccine if they desire to be vaccinated.
