Client Care/Community Liaison

We’re searching for a Client Care and Sales/Marketing professional to provide leadership and management in all aspects of our care program and sales/marketing efforts throughout the community. This hybrid role focuses on care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/CAREGiverSM introductions, and quality assurance visits with existing clients. They use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours. On the sales and marketing side, you will be responsible for seeking out, establishing, and nurturing referral relationships with care partners throughout Fayette and Greene County. We are looking for a high energy and results focused candidate who is committed to the growth of our organization. This individual must be a self-starter, have excellent relationship management skills and be adaptable to the ever-changing senior care industry.
