Meet Our Team

Dave came to Home Instead after a career in multiple service industries that had him and his family relocate to various locations in the country. He always desired to settle in Florida because of the beautiful beaches and warm weather. A ten year veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve, Dave comes from a family full of military service. Both of his parents as well as both brothers and uncle proudly served this great country.
    Dave and his wife April now live in Dade City, along with his 91 year-old mother who he cares for.  He has six children and seven grandchildren that live from the east coast to west coast. He is very active in his church and loves to travel and spend time with his grandchildren. Dave has a love for baseball and enjoys the relaxing environment of the game.
     Home Instead has been instrumental in allowing Dave and his wife to care for his mother. Serving and caring for others has always been a part of his life from the great example of his mother.

Jennifer joined Home Instead in December of 2022. She has been in the medical field for over 20 years, and has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. Her nursing experience brings years of working in critical care, hospice and palliative care . She has a passion for patient advocacy and ensuring high standards are met giving quality care. On her off time she enjoys spending time with her husband, twin boys and the many animals she has on their small farm in Dade City .

Meghan joined Home Instead in 2021. She had previously worked in Human Resources in healthcare settings for 4 years. She grew up here in Zephyrhills and is now happily married with a stepdaughter and newborn son, and two dogs. Away from work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors during nice weather and seeing live shows and concerts. She cares about long term care and the benefits of staying in your own home regardless of health conditions.   

Kash is a mother of two who enjoys spending time with family and friends. A Marine Veteran with two tours of duty in Afghanistan, Kash returned to the Tampa area and studies psychology and USF. More than 10 years ago she chose a path of caring for others and joined the Home Instead team . For Kash, taking care of others is not only a personal accomplishment, but a calling to enhance the lives of the elderly and allow them to age in place.

Jessica was born and raised in Florida. She and her husband Luis have three beautiful children. Jessica loves to spend time with her family. When not working or at home with her family, she is very active, serving in her church, hiking, soccer and loves to travel. She and her family can often be found enjoying the beautiful Florida beaches. Powered and lead by Jesus Christ, she has found her mission in life by serving the elderly in the Pasco County area.
