Bobby & Stephaine Buffaloe, Owners

Stephaine & Bobby have always had a love for seniors. They found Home Instead

Senior Care was a great way they could look after seniors while working with the

Home Instead in Florence, AL. Pam Hodges, franchise owner of Florence, is from

Tuscaloosa. She put the desire in the hearts of Bobby and Stephaine. After much

prayer, it was where they knew they were to serve. They were happy to start their

mission and ministry to serve seniors in Tuscaloosa. Stephaine finished her

doctorate in 2017 from Liberty University and currently pursuing her Juris Doctorate.

Dexter Buffaloe, Vice President of Barketing

Dexter Roni Buffaloe came to us in June 2016 as a mere pup. Today, he serves as

Vice President of Barketing. Dexter is typically in the office each day unless

he gets the opportunity to play at doggie daycare. His hobbies include chasing the

ball through the office. He can usually be found taking naps on top of the owner's

desk, and he typically stays his office. He has enjoyed being a part of the Walk to

End Alzheimer's since his career began at Home Instead. Dexter is a trained

support animal and is sensitive to those in need. When not working, Dex is a

very social "party animal" and enjoys his time tailgating!

Willie the assistant Spencer Buffaloe

Willie Buffaloe - Assistant to VP of Barketing

Willie is another rescue to the office staff. He came to Home Instead in

early 2020. The administrative staff shared that Willie joining the team

was the best thing that happened in 2020. Although he is two years older

than Dexter, He quickly stepped in to be his trusted side-kick. Willie is the

smaller in size of the "twins". Willie is deaf but still enjoys people talking to

him. He shows this excitement through his fierce wagging of his tail.

Although the "twins" love to be in the office, the staff has cut them to only

part-time in the office. Although, they both enjoying being full-time "Home Instead".

Both Willie and Dexter enjoy visitors and are available by appointments.
