Kim L, Certified Cognitive Coach, Client Care and Services Coordinator
Kim joined the Home Instead team as a caregiver and quickly became a valued member of the office team as Services Coordinator. Kim's focus is to ensure we make the best match between client and caregiver, understanding that personality matching is just as important as skill matching. Because of her own experience as a family caregiver, Kim can relate to the families we serve on a very personal level, providing them with the peace of mind that their loved one will be well cared for.
As a Certified Cognitive Coach, Kim serves as a member of the Greater Dallas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association's Speakers Bureau and Southern Region Walk to End Alzheimer's Planning Committee. In addition, Kim provides Alzheimer's & Dementia Education and Resources, including free Memory Screenings to families in our community.
Jayme S. Recruitment and Services Coordinator
Jayme joined the Home Instead team in January 2024, after more than 20 years in the healthcare industry working in hospitals, urgent care facilities, pain management and rehabilitation facilities. After working with senior patients and connecting with community partners who serve seniors, Jayme knew the Senior Care industry was where she wanted to bring her talents. Jayme brings a strong customer service background to Home Instead, where she will focus on identifying, hiring and training the best possible Care Professionals to service our clients.
Heather B, Office Coordinator
Heather started as a CNA at the age of 16 and has had a passion for caregiving ever since, both professionally and personally. After caring for her children as a stay-at-home mom for several years, she came to Home Instead as a caregiver because of her desire to make a difference in the lives of our seniors and their families. Now Heather is making a difference as a member of the office team, bringing 15+ years of experience with her to the benefit of the franchise.

Having worked in Senior Care since 2008, Meredith has a simple goal…Enhance the Lives of Seniors and their families. Here at Home Instead, that means ensuring the seniors in the communities we serve receive the highest level of care possible. Whether training our Care Professionals or conducting Family Education Workshops, Meredith provides resources to ensure that those caring for seniors are educated on the ever changing reality of the seniors in their lives.
