When we heard Mt. Juliet Senior Activity Center was having its quarterly birthday bash, our team knew we had to show our support. The Home Instead of Mt. Juliet, TN team brought arguably the MOST important part of any birthday party, the dessert! All jokes aside, we truly thank the Activity Center for inviting us to take part in their celebration. They host a variety of cool senior activities that promote mental and physical wellness while alleviating feelings of isolation and loneliness.
