Team member Kristian

Kristian Hayes, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Kristian is our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She enjoys interacting and maintaining relationships with all our wonderful CarePros. Kristian has a business management degree and has worked in health care for 5 plus years. She feels that working at Home Instead is enjoyable because it gives her a sense of purpose knowing she is enriching the lives of others. Kristian is married and has 2 young children that keep her very busy! She enjoys outdoor activities and volunteering in her spare time. 

Team member Diana

Diana Schrauben, Client Care Coordinator

Diana was raised in a small town in Michigan where she discovered her calling as a caregiver at the age of 16 by caring for a close family friend. Diana moved to Indiana with her husband of 33 years, where they raised their children and set roots for the last 25 years. Diana started her journey with Home Instead when she came onto our team as a CarePro in 2016. Her background in Caregiving, Customer Service and Office Management has given her the tools needed to be our Client Care Coordinator. Diana enjoys interacting with and learning about all our CarePros and clients.    

Team member Katie

Katie Townsend, Office Coordinator

Katie joined Home Instead as a CarePro last year but was blessed with the opportunity to join the office team as the Office Coordinator. Katie’s caring heart and passion to work with the aging community has made her the perfect fit for our Home Instead family. When Katie isn’t working, she loves to spend quality time with her family and friends.
