Duties and Responsibilities of a Care Professional:
Drive to the client's home to provide: Help around the house, laundry and meal preparation; Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities; Some clients need medication assistance and personal care (hands on help); Assisting client with dementia/Alzheimer’s (specific training provided).
Care Pro Skills and Qualifications:
- Idaho resident 18 years and older with
- reliable transportation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to lift 25lbs.
- Able to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect;
- Able to work with clients receiving Hospice care or at end-of-life;
- Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner;
- Pass nationwide background check, DMV check and drug screen;
- Possess a valid driver’s license, social security card and valid auto insurance with reliable transportation;
- Must be available a minimum of 20 hours each week and work a Minimum of 10hrs weekly.
- Must attend in-person Orientation Training (Usually held M-W, every other week)
