Recruitment Coordinator

Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families as a Recruitment Coordinator in our Hauppauge office.  This role is responsible for screening and selecting qualified candidates to work as Caregivers with our clients.  This is a full time in office position.

 

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Using online applicant tracking system to review and manage applications
  • Pre-screen candidates for qualifications
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Onboard new hires and manage new hire paperwork
  • Schedule, prepare and conduct new hire orientation
  • Maintain applicant and Caregiver personnel files

The successful candidate will have:

  • High school graduation or the equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of business/office experience
  • Recruitment, Interviewing experience a plus
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational, communication and client service skills
  • A team player attitude
  • A warm, friendly, compassionate demeanor
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Strong computer skills
