Meet Our Team

I have my Associates's Degree in Business and have been in the bookkeeping industry for over 19 years, focusing on accounts receivable and accounts payable. I serve as our General Manager.

I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading, and attending Ice Hockey events including the Hershey Bears.

I began my journey with Home Instead as a CAREGiver serving clients in the Cornwall area. After a short period of time, an opportunity to serve on the leadership team as the HR Coordinator was offered to me and I jumped at it.

I love getting to meet great CAREGivers that want to give back to their community and to others. Helping CAREGivers decide if Home Instead is a great fit for them and training them to serve our clients with excellence is very satisfying.

I have two children, Lili and Chase, with my husband Justyn. We love to spend time together hiking or just being outdoors with our dog Marvel.

I started my career with Home Instead as a caregiver at the Lancaster Home Instead office.  I am honored to have been asked to become a part of the amazing team at the Lebanon Home Instead office.  I began caregiving at 13 years old for my grandmother’s dear friend.  I have always enjoyed helping people in need to live a better quality of life. 

I am married to my high school sweetheart Terry.  We do not have any children however we have five chickens.  What can I say I love the country and fresh eggs in the morning.   In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, doing crafts, and volunteering at our church, and Rotary. 

I look forward to working with our caring team and clients.  I look forward to helping to grow our team into the next generation. 

It is a privilege to serve along-side a dedicated team of caring and compassionate team members all focused on enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. I see Home Instead as a vital service to the community and families wanting to keep their loved ones at home as long as they can. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and five kids, serving in my church and keeping fit.
