Meet Our Team

Mr Reddy K

President

Reddy spent more than 30 years in leadership roles for fortune 500 companies across the United States, he has been part of  Microsoft (Seattle), GE, Accenture, and Thomson Reuter's (New York)  in Senior Leadership Roles.

He is a passionate, strategic executive with proven expertise in crafting strategies for growth, building cross-functional teams, forging partnerships, building relationships with clients, and speaking at industry events. Reddy is an Engineer and holds a Master's degree from Rutgers University, NJ.

When his mother was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and needed help in many ways, he knew what seniors go through and how much its important to care for them. That's when he decided not to let go of the opportunity but to grab the Skippack, PA, Franchise. 

His passion to care for Senior citizens and Veterans got him to Home Instead. He has high regard for the senior citizens and would want to give his best for the community. Reddy has a son and his wife is also the co-owner at the Skippack franchise. She holds Masters's in Business administration with dual specialization in IT and Human Resources and engages herself with the community by offering services to Citizen Police Academy in every state that she lived in. Reddy's son comes with strong family values and the family is committed to caring for the senior citizens.

Vice President

Jo has a Master's degree and is also an Author, she writes books on the latest emerging digital technologies. Her books are released on Amazon and she continues to write books and white papers on the latest trending technologies. She is highly energetic and curiosity-driven and took on challenges across start-ups and large businesses in helping them build organizational processes and cultures that enable growth and excellence.

With over 20 years of progressive, enriching experience across Consulting, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Electronics industry verticals she brings sharp analytical skills combined with attention to detail in planning and executing projects, managing risks, and collaborating across team/ organizational boundaries.

She has made significant contributions to building and grooming talent during the rapid growth phase at multiple organizations during her earlier roles in Human Resources.

She was Director - Human Resources in the Healthcare industry until she joined GE Healthcare and met her husband. She volunteered to help local police departments and gained an appreciation letter and got certified - at Cary Citizen Police Academy. 

She draws inspiration from her father who was a Plastic Surgeon (M.Ch) and comes with a lot of compassion for the seniors and veterans. She has been volunteering for many senior care homes from an early age along with her father. She believes that happiness at home comes from being a great strength and support to the family.

Beth Hilghman

Client Co-ordinator

 

Beth started at home instead in September of 2017. She is a Home care consultant. She enjoys going out and meeting clients and developing relationships within our senior communities.

 

In Beth’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her four children and grandchildren. Beth and her husband love to spend their spare time at the beach in New Jersey or South Carolina.

Every year Beth is involved in Be a Santa to a Senior, collecting and handing out gifts to our Seniors in our surrounding community. She also puts on a Senior Prom for our senior citizens. She is involved in other various volunteer work within Montgomery County

Valerie Raffa

Service Co-ordinator

Valerie Began working for Home instead April of 2019, she is committed, responsible and very resourceful. She builds professional relationships with caregivers and clients. She ensures scheduling systems are correctly operated and maintained.

She is a Member of the Alzheimer’s Association and is passionate about raising funds to help those who are affected by it.


Valerie enjoys spending her spare time outdoors, listening to music, and playing with her 2 grandchildren.

Angela Evanic

Angela was born and raised in the UK where she was educated and trained to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN). She brings many years of experience in different fields of nursing. She came stateside where she met her husband and settled in the area. After having her children she became a stay-at-home mom volunteering in the schools and community.

Angela started her career at Home Instead, first as a part-time caregiver, then moving through the ranks as the Quality Assurance Coordinator, Caregiver Trainer, Client Care Coordinator, and now as Talent Recruiter. Angela has a strong work ethic and enjoys being part of a team.

 

When not at work Angela enjoys supporting her growing family, walking her dogs, traveling, and watching the good old BBC.

Iyonna McLaughlin

Lead CareGiver

My name is Iyonna McLaughlin. I am 25 years old, have been a caregiver for 4 years professionally, and have been a caretaker for family members in my personal life for 15 plus years. 
 
In my free time I love singing, baking, and spending time with my family, and service dog Reggie whom you may see walking around the Home Instead office. In the future, I hope to become a nurse practitioner. I am very proud to be working for such a great company!

Karis Hills

Administrative Assistant

 

Karis Joined our team in the fall of 2021. She enjoys the fast-paced and challenging  environment that Home Instead provides. She enjoys problem solving and supporting the office in any way she can.

 

She was previously an Assistant Preschool Teacher for 3 years but decided to pursue a career in business. She is currently enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University’s online program, working on achieving her B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.

 

When Karis is not working, she enjoys reading, hiking , and spending time with her friends and family.
